"More pups?" Kaelen questioned.
"More Hatchlings?" Zarek asked too.
"Nope, more children that aren't pups nor hatchlings. I will have to mate with other species." Roxy said, her expression serious.
Their faces morphed from confusion to dread and rage.
"That cannot happen!" Zarek snarled.
" I am more than enough to protect you," Kaelen growled.
Roxy facepalmed. She knew it would give this effect. They would never agree, but it was out of her hands, too. She had to solve every puzzle piece of this world so she could return to earth.
She gestured to the window, toward the East.
"The Tiger King knows," Roxy said.
"The Tiger King knows?" Zarek turned to face Kaelen, whose face had turned black with fury. It was never his fault to expose her to him, but he just appeared out of nowhere and found Roxy and him at the bank.
Zarek already got his answer.
