Chapter 108 - 106

Tel-Rol stared blankly at Clark, who had suddenly appeared in front of him.

The energy on his fist, a combination of golden aura and purple lightning arcs, had not yet dissipated. The force of the punch had torn half of Zod's face, leaving it bloody and mangled.

"No, what are you doing?"

Tel-Rol retracted his fist and shouted at Clark.

"Wouldn't it be over if I just punched him to death? Why are you coming to join the fun?"

Clark slowly straightened his body. His blue battle suit was tattered, stained with blood and dirt, but the 'S' symbol on his chest was still conspicuous.

He didn't respond, only staring at Zod, who was struggling to get up from the ground, with eyes burning with fire.

Tel-Rol had only seen that look once before.

That was the time Lois was kidnapped by Joker and almost died.

Tel-Rol looked at Clark's tense demeanor, scoffed, and flew back dozens of meters, landing steadily on the edge of the giant crater.

He simply crossed his arms over his chest, looking ready to watch a good show.

"Alright, you go ahead."

"Vent properly, don't bottle it up."

Tel-Rol muttered to himself.

This guy was constantly constrained by some bullshit human morals and standards, living a more tiring life than anyone else.

If it were him, anyone who dared to touch his family, let alone one Earth, the entire solar system would have to be buried with them.

This anger today, it was time to let it all out.

However... Tel-Rol glanced at his right hand, which held the power stone.

If Clark still couldn't bring himself to kill in the end, then he wouldn't mind being the bad guy again.

In the giant crater, Clark and Zod confronted each other from a distance.

The air was thick with tension.

"Tel."

Clark spoke without turning his head, his voice frighteningly hoarse.

"Go help Kara."

"It's fine."

Tel-Rol shrugged indifferently and gestured with his chin in another direction.

"It's getting lively over there, but don't worry, that Kryptonian woman can't kill Kara."

"I've been watching, she won't die."

In this brief interval while the two were talking, a hint of cunning flashed in Zod's eyes.

He stomped on the ground, transforming into a shadow, attempting to rush into the sky to absorb more sunlight to recover his injuries and strength.

Given enough time, he would surely trample these two damned Kryptonian traitors underfoot!

Unfortunately, his plan failed.

"General!!"

In the sky, the hatch of the hovering Kryptonian Spaceship opened wide.

More than a dozen figures, also clad in black battle armor, leaped from the spaceship, rushing purposefully towards Zod's direction, hoping to buy time for their commander.

Looking at the dozen figures rushing down, Tel-Rol grinned from ear to ear.

"Hey, planning a group ambush?"

"You little minions can't disturb my cousin's emotional release."

"Hah ah ah ah ah!!"

His aura surged violently!

Golden light shot up into the sky, the power stone's energy was pushed to its limit, and countless violent purple lightning bolts crackled around him, making him appear like a demon god.

"Whoosh—!"

Tel-Rol's figure vanished from his original spot.

The next second, he had already appeared amidst the dozen descending figures.

A golden-purple stream of light weaved through the dozen black figures, leaving a trail of dull explosions and bone-cracking sounds.

In just a single breath's time.

In mid-air, ten of those dozen figures plummeted straight towards the ground.

Some had their heads completely blown apart, splattering red and white matter all over their companions.

Others had a large, transparent hole punched through their chests, the edges of which still bore scorch marks.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Ten bodies crashed to the ground one after another, kicking up clouds of dust.

The remaining eight Kryptonians managed to land, all injured and still shaken, looking up at the figure in mid-air who was looking down at them.

What kind of monster was that?!

They hadn't even seen his movements clearly!

Tel-Rol shook the blood from his hands, a playful smile on his face.

"Alright, it's quiet now."

He pointed a finger at the eight trembling Kryptonian soldiers below.

"Now, let's play a game."

"It's called 'One, Two, Three, Red Light, Green Light'."

"The rules are simple."

"Whoever moves, dies!"

His words made the eight Kryptonians freeze, not daring to move, even slowing their breathing.

One of them, whose left arm had been casually broken by Tel-Rol just now, stumbled uncontrollably due to the intense pain.

It was just this one step.

"Whoosh!"

A faint sound of air being torn echoed.

A purple-golden beam of light shot from Tel-Rol's fingertip, precisely piercing through the Kryptonian's heart.

The Kryptonian looked down at his chest in disbelief, then fell straight down, never to stir again.

"Game, start."

Tel-Rol's smile turned wild and bloodthirsty.

The remaining seven Kryptonians froze in place, not even daring to move their eyeballs.

Meanwhile, on the other side.

The battle between Clark and Zod had already reached a fever pitch.

Or rather, it was a one-sided annihilation.

Clark's rage completely unleashed itself on Zod.

"Boom!"

Clark punched Zod into the ground, then grabbed his ankle, swung him around, and slammed him violently towards the other side!

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Zod was like a rag doll, held by Clark, being repeatedly smashed against the ground. The entire giant crater became deeper and larger, with dust rising everywhere.

"Die!!!"

Zod roared, shooting Heat Vision from his eyes, attempting to force Clark back.

Clark didn't dodge or evade, returning the favor with his own Heat Vision!

Two deep red energy beams collided at close range, exploding into a destructive fireball!

Clark pushed through the impact of the explosion, burst out of the flames, and delivered a brutal headbutt to Zod's forehead!

"Thud!"

A dull thud.

Zod was disoriented, seeing stars.

He was already severely injured from his battle with Tel-Rol, and now, facing this completely berserk Kal-El, he was utterly defenseless.

"Why... why have you become so strong?!"

Zod was kicked away by Clark, crashing into the crater wall. He coughed up blood, roaring unwillingly.

"You're just a waste who grew up on a farm!"

Clark didn't answer.

He walked towards Zod step by step, and with each step, the ground cracked.

The anger he had suppressed for too long, his worry for his family, and his sorrow over the internecine conflict among his own kind, all transformed into cold killing intent.

He grabbed Zod by the throat, pulled him out of the wall, and held him in mid-air with one hand.

"You... threatened my family."

Clark spoke each word slowly, filled with murderous intent.

Zod's face turned purple from suffocation. He desperately pounded Clark's arm with both hands, but couldn't move it an inch.

"For... Krypton..."

Zod struggled to squeeze out a few words.

"To hell with your Krypton!"

Clark roared, and with his other hand, he balled his fist and slammed it heavily into Zod's abdomen!

"Pfft—!"

Zod's body arched like a shrimp, and he spat out a mouthful of fresh blood.

Clark's fists, one after another.

Each punch caused the bones in Zod's body to emit a crisp cracking sound.

In the distance, Tel-Rol whistled.

"My goodness, cousin is really going all out."

Just then, Zod's eyes, which had been unfocused from pain, suddenly refocused.

He used his last ounce of strength, and his crimson eyes suddenly looked in one direction!

There, in the ruins where Spider-Man and Deadpool had just been hiding, some daring citizens who hadn't yet evacuated peeked out from behind cover, recording this scene of a battle among gods with their phones.

Two deadly deep-red beams of light passed over Clark's shoulder, shooting straight towards that ruined area!
