Julian sat in the office of the policeman who worked for his family. It was illegal, but in Mistvale, having an insider in every important office was necessary. The Blackwoods had their hands in everything. They ruled the town that once belonged to the Varksons, and everyone choose to ignore it.
"I will be right back," Mr. Addison said before moving to the people who had come into his office. They had a complaint to make.
