Before long it hit other platforms too and the video was already climbing into the thousands then hundreds of thousands. Within an hour it crossed a million.
Because of how wild everything got, Fiona and Catherine were both summoned to the Dean's office. Catherine pretended to be calm but inside she was shaking with fear and excitement. Fiona just had this tired look, like she couldn't believe her life was turning into online drama.
Meanwhile, at the office, Nathan had just arrived from his meeting with one of the school board members. He stepped into the reception area and paused. Something was off. Almost everyone was staring into their phones like zombies. People who normally greeted him didn't even look up.
He cleared his throat once, no one moved, he cleared it again, louder.
