Chapter 119 - Chapter 119: Izumi - Me? Your father?

Izumi sensed the surge of mana, his eyebrow twitching upward.

At the same moment, the two versions of Tohsaka Rin—the one from his world and the one from the "Magical Girl" world—reacted as though a mechanism had been triggered.

A flash of white light blossomed.

The next second, the other Rin vanished, leaving only one Rin by Izumi's side—

a Rin now dressed in a maid outfit.

Izumi let out a whistle.

"Nice."

Rin's expression instantly collapsed into despair.

It felt like she had experienced a vivid dream—

one in which she lived through all the memories of her counterpart.

She understood exactly what had just happened.

"…What the hell? The fusion happened this fast?"

"Is it random?"

She knew what this phenomenon meant.

Worldline convergence.

She just hadn't expected it to be her turn so soon.

Izumi stroked his chin thoughtfully.

So, only one version of a person can exist per world, and the surviving Rin inherited everything from her counterpart.

Luvia, who had been watching, stood frozen.

"W-What is the meaning of this…?"

Her sworn rival had disappeared before her eyes.

Only to be replaced by a Rin wearing her rival's clothes.

Izumi waved a hand dismissively.

"I'll explain later."

"For now, let's finish dealing with your problem."

On the battlefield, Le Fay unleashed a colossal magic cannon, blasting away a group of Heroic Spirits.

They weren't even close to being her match.

Illyasviel and Miyu stared with wide-eyed awe.

"That magical girl… is she really that strong?"

"The mana output of that one attack… it's equal to our total supply combined…"

Ruby and Sapphire gaped as well.

"Oi, Sapphire—that transformation device looks insanely broken."

"This girl is absurdly powerful!"

Sapphire nodded solemnly.

"Yes, sister. She is truly incredible."

But what happened next shocked everyone even more—

Especially Kuro.

After Izumi casually said he would "clean up the mess,"

the sky filled with an infinite array of weapons, densely packed like stars.

Kuro swallowed hard.

"T-That's… impossible…"

"This scale of projection…!"

Even the newly arrived Emiya Shirou went pale.

"Projection can… reach this level…?"

Izumi had no intention of chatting with Julian.

He planned to finish this quickly—

then take Illya to find her mother.

He swept his hand downward.

The countless projected weapons rained from the sky, all aimed at Julian.

Julian's face twisted.

He attempted to use Spatial Substitution to flee—

But he immediately realized—

He couldn't cast it.

A wet sound pierced the battlefield.

"Julian-sama!"

Weapon after weapon impaled him, in full view of Angelica and Beatrice, who froze in horror.

Julian coughed blood violently, staring at Izumi in disbelief.

Who was this man?

How could he suppress even Substitution Magecraft?

The observers stood stunned.

The terrifying Julian—a threat they had struggled against—

was effortlessly annihilated.

Even Shirou was dumbfounded.

He knew better than anyone how dangerous Julian was.

Yet against this man, Julian didn't last a single moment.

Blood spilling down his chin, Julian rasped:

"W-Who… are you…?"

"This world… doesn't have someone like you…"

Izumi smiled faintly.

"You're right. This world doesn't."

"But that doesn't mean other worlds don't, does it?"

"Anyway, I'm not here to chat."

"So—die."

He snapped his fingers.

Fantasy Collapse activated.

A blast shook the battlefield.

Julian was erased in an instant—

along with all the sludge-borne pseudo-Servants.

Le Fay pouted.

"Hey! You promised to let me practice!"

But Izumi had ended everything in one move.

The rest of the enemies barely managed to resist and were eliminated just as swiftly.

Izumi spared only Illya's group—

everyone else was purged without hesitation.

Dust settling, Izumi clapped once.

"Alright. That's done."

"Next—"

He turned to Illya.

Being suddenly targeted, Illya panicked.

"E-Eh? W-What are you going to do?"

Was this handsome stranger after her?

Her cheeks went pale with anxiety.

Kuro and Miyu immediately stepped in front of her.

Kuro, especially, glared warily.

"You—who are you?"

"What business do you have with Illya?"

There was something oddly familiar about his presence—

but she couldn't place it.

Izumi chuckled softly.

"Sorry. Didn't mean to scare you."

"Let me introduce myself. I'm Izumi."

"I come from another world."

"And I'm the holder of the Second and Third Magic."

His lips curled upward.

The moment they heard the words Third Magic—

Illya and Kuro froze.

Illya tugged Kuro's sleeve, whispering:

"K-Kuro… the Third Magic, that's the one, right?"

"The one mama always talks about?"

Kuro nodded slowly.

Illya's eyes widened with realization.

Then—hesitantly:

"H-Hey, Kuro… could this guy be… our dad?"

Kuro blinked—then frowned thoughtfully.

"That… might actually make sense."

"Mom always spoke that name with—"

Before she could finish, Izumi cut in loudly.

"Hey—enough."

"I am not your father."

"What kind of nonsense are you two thinking?"

"How can you just decide that? I'm only seventeen!"

He was genuinely offended.

I treat you kids like potential wings—and you want to make me your dad?

What kind of garbage script is that?!

Illya and Kuro stared blankly.

"But… we both have the same surname 'Iz—'"
