A massive warlord titan stood in the center of the square, surrounded by protective formations of Astartes, Astra Militarum, Battle Sisters, and Skitarii, while the outer perimeter was lined with the planet's populace.
In the center of the square, at the foot of the warlord titan, a long table was placed, with a row of chairs on each side, and behind the chairs on the side closer to the Titan, a huge Imperial banner was erected.
This was the first time all the Imperial personnel had seen this banner, and it was the Imperial Prince's banner of the Imperium (see comments for image).

Above the two-headed eagle was a sun symbol, representing light, glory, and vitality, imbuing the entire design with a sense of sanctity. At the bottom of the banner was an unfurled scroll, with a compass symbol symbolizing direction or exploration, conveying a meaning of pioneering and conquest.
Soon, personnel from both the Imperium and the Tau emerged from beneath the Titan. The Tau side was led by an Ether Elder, accompanied by several Water Caste diplomats and Fire Caste Commanders.
As for the Imperial side, leading the way was Li Feng, the friend of the emperor. "My beloved friend, Li Feng. In commanding the army during military operations against the Tau, you have displayed the might of our forces, and your advanced combat tactics are worthy of study throughout the Imperium. I now confer upon Li Feng the titles of 'Imperial Prince' and 'First Batulu of the Sol System'...
