When I first started writing this book, I was really happy. I could write for hours without stopping. But somewhere along the way, that excitement slowly faded, and I started to dislike what I was creating.
The plot itself was okay, but the characters started to feel monotonous. I realized I had been writing them too much from my own perspective, and they ended up sharing too much of my personality.
I wanted our protagonist to be cheerful, playful, and surrounded by friends. Instead, she became a lonely and overly mature character. As I continued writing, I noticed the other characters felt too similar as well, almost as if I were copying and pasting the same personality into each one.
Because of this, I've decided to delete this story for now.
However, I do plan to bring it back in a few months. I don't have an exact date yet, but when it returns, it will have a revised plot, more vibrant characters, and personalities that feel truly unique.
I'll do my best to make it a story worth reading. I'm still a novice author, so I know I have a lot to learn, but I'm excited to grow through this process.
