"Kote Vizsla is my name, and I will be your future master. If you serve me wholeheartedly, perhaps you can once again appear in this Galaxy at some point. I imagine you don't lack that much time." Kote said to Naga Sadow in the bottle.
Naga Sadow, who had been thrashing around in the bottle, stopped when he heard this. He couldn't win anyway, so he might as well be obedient. At least he didn't kill him after learning his knowledge like Freedon Nadd did before.
"I will be your strongest servant, Master Kote." As an old being who had lived for thousands of years, Naga Sadow was completely accustomed to such words. As long as he endured, could a Mandalorian outlive him? Once he died, he would simply occupy his body. Becoming a servant for a few decades in exchange for ruling the world again in the future was a very profitable deal.
"Then take me to see this Sith Temple. This is my first time inside a Sith Temple." Kote patted the bottle.
"As you command, my Master, but I must say, this is not where I died. These Cultists found a sith artifact containing my Soul a hundred years ago, which allowed me to revive. And there are still unknown things on this planet." Naga Sadow spoke truthfully. After all, helping Kote now was helping his future self.
"There are things even you, the Sith Emperor, don't know?" Kote became interested and asked him to elaborate.
"Yes, Master. The Sith Temple on this planet was not built by someone from my era. At the very least, it was built by a Sith Lord after me, and it was transformed into a planet strong in the Dark Side. Even the flow of time here is different from the outside world." Naga Sadow recounted what he had learned from the Cultists.
"So, you don't know what this place is or what its purpose is?" Kote thought for a moment and said.
"Uh... that's right. However, I can take you to the Treasure Trove here, and all the other hidden Treasure Troves of the Sith Empire that I know of. Because my Soul has followed many Sith over the years, I know some unknown secrets." Naga Sadow quickly stated his usefulness, fearing that he would be killed again.
"Relax, I won't do anything to you. After all, you have no means to harm anyone now, and besides, I've always been benevolent to my subordinates. Now, take me to retrieve the Treasure Trove here." Kote had Naga Sadow lead the way so he could get the items.
Back with the trio on Vadir, they were now pondering how to rescue Kote. After all, they had been back on Vadir for almost ten days, and Kote had not sent any news. Fortunately, for Mandalore and Vadir, if Kote wasn't there, they would simply continue to follow the previous arrangements. But the three of them were extremely anxious.
"What should we do, Great Master Qui-Gon? Kote still hasn't sent back any news!" Zeta was extremely worried.
Qui-Gon also had no solution for this. After all, he and the others truly couldn't defeat that Sith Emperor. According to the information he had reviewed after returning, this Sith Emperor was even the first Sith Emperor to wage war against the Republic. His strength was extraordinarily powerful, even capable of setting up a battlefield illusion to help the Sith Empire achieve victory.
"What if we tell the Jedi Council?" Qui-Gon could only think of this method for now. But at present, Kote had essentially trapped Naga Sadow in the Plung System, with no spaceship to allow him to leave. But what if the Jedi Council failed? Among the entire Jedi Order, only a few were stronger than him. What should they do?
"No, it's useless. Why don't we go to the Plung System again and see if we can contact Brother Kote on the ground?" Nehaal proposed a different idea. In his opinion, most Jedi were unreliable.
Qui-Gon thought about it and realized that this was the only way. After all, his existence absolutely could not be known by the current Jedi Council, otherwise Kote's plan would be exposed.
While the three were still figuring out how to find Kote, our Kote was currently at the entrance to the Sith vault.
Kote pointed at the already open vault door, looking at the huge vault which contained only a single floating Sith holocron.
"This is the Treasure Trove? You Sith call this a Treasure Trove?" Kote was full of questions. This thing was called a Treasure Trove?
"That's right, Master. This contains the lifelong learning of a Sith. For every Sith, it will be the greatest Treasure Trove." Naga Sadow spoke of the Sith's values.
"I want a Treasure Trove, not a textbook. Like, what about some Divine Artifacts or some hidden Sith fleet? Are there none?" Kote was speechless. This was completely different from what he had imagined.
Naga Sadow thought for a moment. "Master Kote, if you're talking about Divine Artifacts, I, before you, am the strongest Sith alchemist. I can create any Divine Artifact according to your ideas. But the fleet you mentioned cannot exist. However, I can take you to a shipyard that manufactures fleets. It's a shipyard hidden by the Sith Empire during my reign, and it should not have been discovered." Naga Sadow spoke of what he could do, completely lacking the demeanor of a former Sith Lord.
Kote used The Force to pull the holocron into his hand and walked towards the outside. He went into the previous circular room where there was a communicator, and he decided to inform Qui-Gon and the others of his situation first.
He turned on the communicator, adjusted the channel, and connected to Qui-Gon's private communication.
After connecting, Qui-Gon's holographic image appeared before him.
"I've subdued Naga Sadow, so don't worry. Just send a nearby ship to pick me up when the time comes." Kote briefly explained his situation.
Qui-Gon was still a bit disbelieving, fearing that the person in front of him was Kote possessed by Naga Sadow, so he asked a question.
"What do you think is the relationship between Obi-Wan and Duchess Satine?" Qui-Gon's question was completely off-topic. If it were a possessed person, they definitely wouldn't know the answer to this question, because Kote had always said that the two were 'more than friends, less than lovers' before.
Kote quickly replied.
"More than friends, less than lovers. Alright, Great Master Qui-Gon, I know you want to know if I'm fake. Look." Kote laughed when he heard this, picked up the bottle containing Naga Sadow, and showed it to Qui-Gon.
Qui-Gon saw the phantom in the bottle and finally relaxed. After hanging up, he contacted Omen to send a ship to pick up Kote.
After hanging up, Kote continued to explore the Sith Temple. But the more he explored, the more uneasy he felt, because according to Naga Sadow, it contained much history about the previous Mandalore, and even prophecies about himself and Anakin.
Touching the patterns on the walls, Kote realized that these were things from thousands of years ago. Had someone among the Sith foreseen all of this?
This was clearly impossible. He was a Transmigrator! Had The Force's great hand intervened again? Or was that himself from the original timeline, but the one who died prematurely? This also explained why his power was so strong, but his existence was gone in the original timeline.
According to Naga Sadow, these Cultists actually had spaceships, and there were quite a few sith artifacts on them, but he didn't know where they were.
"Then don't say such nonsense!" Kote picked up the bottle and shook it vigorously.
