Viktor didn't answer immediately.
His dark eyes moved past Mira, back down the hallway where Helena, Kaida, and Bella had emerged from the bedroom. All three still naked. Moonlight streaming through windows painted their worried faces in silver and shadow.
Four wives.
Four women who depended on him and upcoming more with his children too.
A crumbling manor.
A dying village.
And now a dungeon tower that would attract adventurers, explorers, thieves, and worse.
Viktor breathed slowly.
'I can't do shit about this right now.'
Rather than crying—rather than breaking down and screaming at the unfairness of being manipulated by his own reincarnated consciousness—he needed to calm himself first. Then decide what to do.
