When the yakuza regained consciousness, he found himself in a dark and damp room. The faint light from the torch flames danced on the walls. Across from him, Yagami was sitting on a chair, staring at him with a cold and piercing gaze.
The yakuza tried to stand up, but realized his hands and feet were chained. He tried to activate his skill, but he felt no skill, no magic within himself. With a shout full of rage, he said:
"You who are you?! Show your face, you bastard!"
Yagami replied with his usual calm:
"Don't rush... You'll see soon."
He slowly removed his hat. His face became visible under the dim light.
The yakuza's eyes widened in surprise.
"You… aren't you the one I threw out of the hotel? That slacker employee? You piece of shit?! How did you kill all my men so quickly?!"
Yagami gave a bitter smile and said with a deep look:
"Yeah… I'm that employee you humiliated in front of everyone every day…
The one you threw out of the hotel…
Yeah… I'm that same person…"
The yakuza shouted:
"You piece of shit, what's your level?!"
Yagami laughed and said:
"What's my level…?"
He had kept one of the yakuza's men alive—the one with the Level Appraisal skill. With the man's bloodied and wounded face, his hair gripped tightly by Yagami, Yagami said in a serious voice:
"First, appraise your boss's level."
The yakuza said: Why my level
Yagami said: You'll understand soon
The man appraised the yakuza boss's level and said without any emotion: You have no level, you have no magic
The yakuza was shocked: How is that possible, what nonsense are you spouting, my level is A+
Yagami said: Shut up.... Now appraise my level
The man activated his skill with trembling hands. A moment later, a loud scream filled the space. Blood spurted from his right eye, and he collapsed to the ground. His eye had burst from the pressure.
Yagami calmly leaned down, looked into the stunned eyes of the boss, and whispered:
"Now do you understand what my level is?"
The yakuza said in disbelief:
"How is this possible?! The status window gave no explanation about upgrading from level E... How did you progress so fast? What was your level that made that guy's eye burst?"
Yagami calmly leaned closer and said eye to eye with the boss:
"My level? My level is SS+."
The yakuza, desperate and shocked, said:
"Where did you get this power from? How were you able to raise your level so quickly?"
Yagami said: "That's none of your business."
Then, he brought in the boss's daughter.
The yakuza shouted: "What are you going to do..... you bastard, do whatever you want to me, just let my daughter go!"
Yagami said calmly: "Actually, this torture is the one you involved your daughter in."
The yakuza begged: "Please, I'll do anything you say, just let my daughter go!"
Yagami laughed and said: "Now watch your daughter suffer, and you are the cause of it."
The yakuza said angrily: "You bastard, let my daughter go!"
The yakuza kept begging, but Yagami was tearing the daughter's clothes and said threateningly: "I'm going to take your daughter's virginity."
The yakuza said: I beg you, I'll do anything you say, but let my daughter go
With a calm voice he said:
"Fine. You have to do one thing for me."
The yakuza said: Okay, anything, but first let my daughter go
Yagami said: Okay, I'll let your daughter go. Yagami released the yakuza's daughter and told the level appraisal man: Take this girl back to your base and put her on her bed.
The man said in fear: Okay
When he left with the boss's daughter,
Yagami leaned down and whispered in the boss's ear for a few moments.
When he finished speaking,
The yakuza, with eyes full of tears and broken pride, said:
"Okay… I'll do it…"
And the next day, the yakuza's daughter woke up with a headache and saw a one-eyed man covered in blood lying unconscious there. She was about to wake him when she heard noises outside her room window.
She saw a naked man dancing and singing in the middle of the crowd. People were watching him with mockery and laughter. No one could believe that he was the yakuza boss…
The daughter, completely shocked, quickly ran to her father and said: What are you doing, Father, why are you dancing naked in the middle of the city?
Not far away, Yagami was standing. With emotionless eyes, he watched the scene…
And he said:
Revenge… has only just begun.
He took a notebook out of his pocket and checked off the yakuza's name. Below the yakuza's name, there was another name as well.
