Space rippled, like a rubber band; it extended before retracting and spitting out a massive V-shaped mothership. The underbelly of the massive ship bore a single word: 'Avalon'.
Next to the massive vessel, over fifty warships appeared as well; these were the escort that followed the mothership.
The massive warship moved towards a moon of a large Gas Giant.
Once the fleet was above it, the mothership deployed satellites that sent beams of energy into the moon, beginning its terraforming.
The satellites were not the only things the Avalon released, as multiple capsules landed on the world, releasing legion bots that began assembling weather towers and radiation-protection fields.
But it was not the only thing, as more and more capsules would land, bringing not only labour bots but actual people who assisted in the process of terraforming.
In a matter of weeks, the grey moon began to look like a world that could house a population, as the massive satellites could beam down millions of litres of water.
As the world was becoming hospitable, there was a massive construction project happening by the name 'Armoury', a massive armoury that would span for several kilometres in all directions.

Several weeks later, one of Marcus' wives, who is usually in the capital, decided to visit him as she wanted to see what he was building.
"When the Central Command told me that you claimed a world for yourself, I needed to see it." Leila walked over and looked at what her husband was looking at.
"..." Leila was confused at first as she didn't understand what she was looking at. She was in an enormous empty hall. It was so big that it could have its own weather system.
Hell, at first she didn't even see him as he was that far away from the doors. The only reason she went to look in such a big place was the fact that she could sense him.
"Well, in the end of the day, I should get a bit selfish and take a planet or two, or maybe a whole solar system for myself." He smiled as he looked at his wife.
"Did you arrive here alone?" He asked her as his hands snaked around her waist, pulling her closer.
"What if I did?" She leaned into his chest.
"Well, then I won't have any distractions~." The Emperor whispered into her ear.
The pair flirted for a bit, but that's when Leila noticed something as her gaze went up.
She stopped in her tracks, her eyes widened as she finally comprehended what she was looking at!
"Is that… a Gundam!?" The Empress of Logistics exclaimed, forgetting what she was doing in the process.
Marcus, who deadpanned at such an interruption, replied with a sigh.
"No, Gundams are around 20 metres at tops, what you are looking at is a Yeager. A 1-kilometre big mech."
"... K-Kilometre!? Why do you need something that big!?" Leila was speechless!
"Easy, if there is a big enemy, I use a big mech to beat it.
It's better than having a fleet, especially if the enemy is in one of my cities." He explained to her.
The blonde just stared at the machine before shaking her head.
"How are you even planning to move these things? They are as big as our state-of-the-art warships!" She commented, wondering if he is planning even bigger ships! They are not needed. The issue with big ships is that they are hard to maintain, require a massive amount of logistics, something that she is responsible for!
"They will he beamed down to the person who is summoning it."
"...Beamed…down?" For a second, she needed to process what he was saying.
"Indeed, you see, GN particles have anti-gravity properties, the same as the graviton particle. So when you have a high concentration of them, you can do what we call Quantum Teleportation."
"...Teleportation!?"
"Yes, well, it's a new thing that we discovered after testing with the newest GN drives. The issue with this technology is that the user has to know where it's going.
As the particles react to brainwaves and what the person is seeing."
"Oh, that is why it's teleportation, if, for example, I want, I could use my Andraste to teleport back to Earth?" The Empress stroked her chin, pondering on the new possibility.
"Don't be hasty, it's still in the testing phase, and this armoury will figure out the quirks. Eventually, my family and my knights will be able to beam down Yeagers in the middle of the battlefield when they need to."
"...Yeah, that is if we will be fighting Kaiju or Godzilla." Leila rolled her eyes.
In a hundred or so years, she will be thankful that she has a huge mech waiting for her.

Reapers were always on Marcus's mind. In one way or another, that is why he always thought about how to fight them.
But how do you fight something that is over 1.2 kilometres big? Having a fleet is the obvious solution, but there won't be a fleet around all the time.
That is why the Emperor decided on something that can solve this particular issue.
To fight the reapers, you need to be as big as the sentient machines.
With that in mind, Marcus claimed a world for himself. Approximately 350 light-years away from Earth. He claimed a solar system. While the system wasn't that interesting, it didn't need to be, as he would be the one to make it special.
Two rocky worlds and a gas giant in a habitable zone. The only 'cool' thing about the whole thing is that the moon of the gas giant can be terraformed into a habitable world.
Marcus went with this moon and named it World of Anaheim. It will be a moon-sized workshop.
In this world, the Emperor began two projects that will change everything. Project 'Armoury' and Project 'Yeager'.
Project 'Armoury' is a massive armoury that will keep and maintain what is known as Yeagers. But Yeagers are not the only thing.
The Milky Way itself is a hostile environment, which is why it will have everything—Power Armours, Gundams and lastly the enormous Yeagers.
While making a huge mech is not an issue for Marcus, nor is making fancy storage units, what he wanted to do was create a means to 'beam down' armours and suits.
That's why the Emperor improved communication technology. The Precursor Human expertise came into play, and of course, the might of GN particles.
A connection from A to B is necessary, so the Anaheim Imperial family and its closest members will wield special power suits that serve as beacons for the technology's arrival.
By Year 120 of BCE, the new assets were ready. It took Marcus over twenty years of extensive studying of Quantum mechanics and wormhole travel technology to make it happen. Still, now humanity was ready to fight the Reapers one-on-one.
In a literal fist fight if need be.
