After planning his approach, Moon began to initiate it. First, he moved stealthily around the massive crater's perimeter, placing explosive runes at various points along the walls. Each inscription was positioned to create converging pressure waves that would focus their destructive force directly on the center where the turtle was currently resting.
The turtle remained completely motionless during this process, unaware or utterly uncaring about Moon's preparations in his crater.
With the runes in position, Moon began his conjuring his earth spell. Stone and soil responded to his will, slowly rising from the crater's edges to form walls that would seal the crater into a closed chamber. The turtle showed no reaction as shadows gradually swallowed its massive body, the barrier slowly closing until only a small opening remained at the top.
After setting it up, Moon began to channel an enormous amounts of mana into an [Ignite] spell that formed at the top of his staff.
