*PROLOGUE*

"Where am I?",

A mighty voice tore through the void, shaking the earth, and to the sound of his heartbeat the world trembled. Time froze while he observed his environment — Still, vast, and void

"What am I doing here?"

It was as if the world was afraid to give an answer to his questions. Silence swallowed the echo in his voice.

"What am I doing in this body?

He caresses the new form he now inhabitated. He had become a baby human, handsome beyond reasons, white hair that sparkles under the beautiful red moon, light-red eye that glow with divine unease.

He tried to stand on his feet, but, it was impossible. His limbs deny possessing the strength to do that.

Silence followed, thick, heavy and threatening. Slowly, the atmosphere return to it's normal state. He kept quiet, he started gazing and observing the strange, new nature of his existence

But suddenly, a question that unravelled the whole mystery escaped his little lips

–––********–––

Thousands of years ago, humanity had endured ages of injustice. Wars are waged in the name of peace, truth was buried under the crazy influence of power, laws are bent to satisfy greed, strong domination of immorality. It was as if the world had gone crazy.

The weak was trampled on by the strong, the privileged found pleasure in toying with the helpless.

The world become a difficult place to live in, it's full of chaos, corruption, immorality and injustice. A world where killing becomes a thing to laugh about.

The blood of the innocent saturated the earth like rains that never dry, turning every drop into curse, building destruction within them.

Kings, in their cruel judgement ruled the land, prophet lied for golds, and the gods ( if they truly exist) turned deaf ears to the cries of man.

But the people, in their desperate needs of justice, did not stop praying. They yearned for balance. Justice for all.

And so, the unimaginable happened.

The collective anguish – the desperate will of billions of people – the constant cry of young and cheated children began to twist reality.

And behold, desire became will, will turn power and power moulded life.

And yes!, That life... was him. The hero of humanity, defender of the weak.

A being forged not by creation but by the power of human desires – THE EQUILIBRIUM – a creation that is meant to install balance in the world, a creature, created to balance justice. A god powerful enough to put end to the world in a blink and as well save it from ruin.

But the world was curious to know –

Will he bring peace to the world?

Or bring in final destruction?
