A thousand and five years ago, the world was torn apart — not by war between nations, or between humans, AI robots, and aliens.
Humanity's thirst for eternal life led to disaster. Instead of immortality, we created something far worse: the virus known as **HP50K** — full name **Hyper Poles 50 Kill**. HP50K wiped out nearly half of all life on Earth. By Delta Year 3005, humanity barely survived—thanks to NASA, which built orbital colonies known as bSafe Zones. But these colonies are a symbol of inequality: the rich live above Earth while the poor struggle to survive below on the poisoned surface.
The World:
Earth is a ruined wasteland, still crawling with infected cybernetic creatures—humans transformed by HP50K into mindless beasts.
The higher Colony is a gleaming city in orbit, filled with advanced technology and luxury.
The lowest colony where the poor live filled with starvation and death.
The Cyber Academy, a massive underground complexon earth open to both colony-born and Earth-born youth.
Graduating from the Cyber Academy is the only way the poor can rise to the higher colony. The academy doesn't just train soldiers—it sends teams to recover lost data and technology from the most infected zones on Earth, places where student go and come back bealy alive.
Virus info
The virus has warped the human brain, turning people into cybernetic monsters the longer they're exposed the stranger they are. So far, no cure exists. The academy holds fragments of information that might lead to a solution, but retrieving them means facing death again and again.
The Main Character
DM446, an 18-year-old from Earth, recently reached the age of registration for the Cyber Academy. Like all Earth-born people, he doesn't have a real name—only the rich are given them.
His only family is his 12-year-old sister, DF447.
