Kenneth couldn't help glaring at the Striker. Making such baseless accusations like that. Assuming how he felt.
Who in the world said he was uncomfortable?
His question was met with a "are you fucking serious" look he neither liked nor appreciated.
"What?" He hissed.
The Striker raised his hands in surrender. "I'm not looking for a fight; I'm just calling it how I see it. You're uncomfortable. It doesn't take the sharpest dagger in the weapon's rack to figure that out."
"There's nothing to figure out. I'm fine. I don't have a problem," he said, his fists clenched tightly on his side.
Lucien stared at his hands pointedly before looking back at him. Kenneth, ever so slowly, unclenched his fists. The tips of his ears were tinged pink as he looked away from the smug Striker who was leaning back on the couch like he was a litigation lawyer who'd just resolved a legal dispute with the toughest of clients.
