Chapter 51 - Chapter 51 I'll Pay Double!

"La Zhi Rou Jia Mo (Chinese hamburger)?" Ha Beng was a little puzzled, just like Yang Zhou Fried Rice, it was quite a mystery. However, at least the name mentioned meat, and he immediately perked up, saying expectantly, "Boss Mai, give me two first."

"Me... two too." Ha Ga chimed in, equally eager. The two brothers loved eating meat the most; while Yang Zhou Fried Rice was delicious, there was simply too little meat in it.

"Okay, please wait a moment." Mai Ge replied, turning and going into the kitchen.

"Boss Mo, you're always the first one here." Ha Beng said with a smile, pulling out the chair opposite Mo Bai.

"Not me today, a little human girl arrived even earlier than me." Mo Bai shook his head.

"Good morning... little... girl." Ha Ga said, grinning sheepishly at Amy.

"Good morning, Big Goofball." Amy nodded, looking curiously at the teeth in his mouth. "Isn't it inconvenient when you eat with your teeth showing?"

"I...I'm used to it." Ha Ga said with a laugh, shaking his head.

"Mine are so neat!" Amy grinned at Ha Ga, revealing a set of perfectly aligned teeth, a hint of pride in her expression.

Ha Ga chuckled a few times, then sat down next to Ha Beng, waiting for Mai Ge to serve the food.

A short while later, Mai Ge returned with three Rou Jia Mo in a brown paper bag, one for each of them.

"It smells so good! Is this a Rou Jia Mo? There's a good amount of meat in it." Ha Beng held the Rou Jia Mo, and the rich aroma of meat made his Adam's apple bob. The white Bai Ji Mo in the paper bag was filled with meat, with alternating layers of fat and lean meat, glistening with oil, making it look especially tempting.

"It's definitely different from Yang Zhou Fried Rice. I've never smelled such a unique meaty aroma before, and it's the most fragrant ever." Mo Bai looked at his Rou Jia Mo and couldn't help but praise it, finishing the last bite of his Yang Zhou Fried Rice first.

"No, I have to try it first." Ha Beng reached out and tore a hole in the outer paper bag, taking a bite and half of the Rou Jia Mo was in his mouth.

The sweet, fragrant Bai Ji Mo wrapped around pork belly that had absorbed the delicious gravy. One bite, and the gravy seeped into the bun, the tender meat melting in his mouth, soft yet chewy—the taste was simply divine! His taste buds, craving meat, were thoroughly satisfied, each one seemingly leaping with joy.

What Ha Beng found even more amazing was that after swallowing the Rou Jia Mo, it felt like a fire rolling down his throat, as if he had swallowed a mouthful of strong liquor. His blood began to boil, as if a power within him had been awakened.

"Roar!"

Ha Beng couldn't help but raise his head and let out a beastly roar, which shook the table in front of him. The sound was quite loud.

"Hmm?" Amy raised an eyebrow, seemingly a little unhappy, her small hand already outstretched.

But before she could unleash the flames, Mai Ge reached out and gently took her small hand, smiling and shaking his head to signal her not to set the fire.

He looked at Ha Beng with some curiosity. It wasn't hard to tell that Ha Beng wasn't roaring intentionally. The system had previously stated that the Rou Jia Mo was less effective on races with less wildness.

He felt hot after eating it, so it's not surprising that Ha Beng, as an orc, was far more savage than a human. It's just unknown what kind of impact it would have.

Ha Beng's roar startled Mo Bai and Ha Ga. However, having previously experienced the fatigue-relieving effects of Yang Zhou Fried Rice, they weren't worried about the Rou Jia Mo's negative effects. Instead, they looked at Ha Beng expectantly, wanting to know what special effects it might have.

After letting out a beastly roar, Ha Beng, feeling his blood boiling, immediately looked at Amy. Seeing that she wasn't holding a fireball, he breathed a sigh of relief and chuckled somewhat sheepishly, "I couldn't help myself, I didn't mean to yell. Boss Mai, your Rou Jia Mo is absolutely delicious, but the effect is a bit... well, I feel my blood boiling, and it seems like my strength has increased a bit."

"Okay." Mai Ge nodded with a smile.

Mo Bai and Ha Beng's eyes lit up at this, and they both took a bite of their Rou Jia Mo at the same time.

The irresistible aroma of the Rou Jia Mo captivated both of them. After swallowing, the rush of flavor caused them to involuntarily let out soft growls.

Mo Bai fared slightly better, his voice not too loud, while Ha Ga was almost as loud as Ha Beng. After his growl, he scratched his head sheepishly and said to Amy, "S...sorry."

"Big Goofball, it's your first time, so it's alright. But some people should be careful." Amy nodded.

"I will...I will..." Ha Beng nodded obediently, but still couldn't resist taking another big bite, savoring the delicious meat and Bai Ji Mo filling his mouth. The taste was simply too addictive. After swallowing, this time Ha Beng learned his lesson and immediately covered his mouth, refraining from another growl.

Ha Ga also followed suit, taking a bite, covering his mouth, controlling his voice, and immersing himself in the delicious food.

"Delicious, Boss Mai, give me five more!" Ha Beng put the bag on the table and said to Mai Ge, his face still flushed and looking excited.

After finishing a whole Rou Jia Mo, he fully experienced its benefits. It wasn't just the physical stimulation; more importantly, it could stimulate his bloodline potential, boosting his physical strength.

"Me…me too…five." Ha Ga held up five fingers to Mai Ge.

"It's quite delicious, but I feel like my old bones can't take this much. This is about all I need to eat." Mo Bai shook his head, feeling the surge of blood in his body. Although he quickly adapted and even felt somewhat comfortable, he still preferred the soothing feeling of Yang Zhou Fried Rice on his muscles.

"Today is a tasting, so each person can only be provided with three Rou Jia Mo per meal. There might be some areas that need improvement. We will start selling them officially tomorrow, and then there will be no restrictions. However, since the amount of ingredients prepared for each meal is limited, it will be first come, first served." Mai Ge said with a smile and a shake of his head.

Today's tasting is just a warm up for the official launch tomorrow. He doesn't plan to make too many Rou Jia Mo. The marinated meat hasn't reached its optimal stage yet. It's not about how many are sold, but about letting more people have a taste.

"These Rou Jia Mo are so delicious! Three aren't enough!" Ha Beng said anxiously, looking at Mai Ge. "Boss Mai, how much are you planning to charge for each Rou Jia Mo? How about I pay double the price and buy two more?"
