Every living being is born with Essence Veins, spiritual channels that draw energy from the world's ambient source — Essence, the raw fuel of existence.


Unlike mana or qi, Essence is unrefined. It exists in countless types, and few can truly control it. Most people can only absorb a single Essence type, shaping their talents and abilities.


Lucas's new world is one where innate talent = how many Essence Veins you can awaken.


Intelligence, willpower, or skill mean nothing if your Veins are weak.


The type of Veins you get determines how the raw unfiltered Essence of the world gets converted in your core


Flame Essence	-	Power of energy, destruction, heat, and passion.


Aqua Essence	-	Life, healing, adaptability, and memory.


Terra Essence	-	Stability, defense, and creation.


Zephyr Essence	-	Speed, agility, and perception.


Lumen Essence	-	Light, purification, and divinity.


Umbra Essence	-	Shadow, concealment, and corruption.


Void Essence	-	Erasure, entropy, and rebirth. Extremely rare and unstable.


Soul Essence	-Connection to will and consciousness. Used by mentalists and summoners.


These basically are types of essences. Although there can be hybrid versions of them. Then there are omni Veins. The legendary Veins that can use every Essence type


1. Vein Awakening – Can sense and draw ambient Essence.


2. Essence Flow – Veins circulate Essence smoothly; physical and mental strength increase.


3. Core Formation – Essence condenses into a personal Core. Techniques become possible.


4. Aspect Manifestation – Core aligns with an elemental or spiritual aspect.


5. Vein Expansion – Additional Essence Veins awaken; multiple types may mix.


6. Essence Ascendant – Body becomes a vessel for higher Essence; laws begin to bend subtly.


In Lucas's world, most nobles barely reach Stage 3. Stage 4 marks a regional powerhouse. Stage 6 beings are near-mythical.
