Polystar turned with a sigh. Even Sophia, embracing her father, had a subtle sad look.
The ground shook some more.
Earth grinding against earth in breaking and bursting sounds.
"Backoff!" Polystar screamed. Vass had no choice.
If he stayed too close, the huge falling stones were going to crush him.
And from where he was standing, there was no way he would survive that.
