Chapter 150: Shendu Yields

The moment Dai Gui saw the bouquet of flowers, his face instantly turned pale.

The light retracted.
The Eight Trigrams formation shrank rapidly, finally turning into a stream of light that drilled into the flower basket Captain Black had thrown down.
Heaven and earth instantly fell silent.
Only the sound of the whistling wind remained.
Shendu stood stiffly in place, looking at the spot where Dai Gui had disappeared. In those scarlet slit pupils, an emotion called "loneliness" appeared for the first time.
Dai Gui was gone.
Sealed.
Now, he was the only demon left.
"Um..."
Jackie crawled out from a pile of rubble, still clutching the Rooster Talisman he had just pulled off, looking at Shendu somewhat awkwardly.
"Do you still want to fight?"
Gion turned around, Konpira unsheathed once more in her hand.

Jackie turned pale with fright, waving his arms frantically.
"He's gone! He disappeared! Jade, hide quickly!"
"Uncle Jackie! Behind you!" Jade screamed, pointing behind Jackie.
But there was nothing there.
Only the sound of the wind.
However, standing in place, Gion slowly closed her eyes.
A cold sneer curled at the corner of her mouth.
In the perception of her Observation Haki, that massive life form was as dazzling as a torch in the dark night.
Invisibility?
In front of the perception of a top-tier powerhouse, this kind of simple optical deception was simply a joke.

Shendu's massive body was forcibly smashed into the ground, half of his body buried in the dirt.
That dragon breath was choked right back into his throat, exploding into a puff of black smoke.
"Cough cough cough..."
"Damn it... damn it!"
Jackie took the opportunity to straddle Shendu's chest.
That large hand, smeared with green magic potion, pressed unceremoniously toward the several glimmering Talismans on Shendu's chest.
"This one is... Horse!"
Pop.
A Talisman carved with a horse pattern was pulled out.
The sword wound on Shendu's chest, which was slowly healing, instantly stopped knitting together, and blood began to gush uncontrollably.
"ROAR—!!!"
