Chapter 305 - Chapter 302

Roy entered his principal's office, deep in thought. His mind raced over the sudden arrival of the Veylorn professors at Hogwarts. Something about their timing didn't feel right.

Outside the office, Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape approached the gargoyle guarding the entrance. They whispered the password, and the gargoyle moved aside, allowing them to enter.

"Why did you call us, Roy?" McGonagall asked, her curiosity piqued.

Roy didn't waste time. "I want to know how Kael Veylorn and Caelum Veylorn joined Hogwarts."

"They came with recommendations from the Board of Directors, Sir Ethelric Holloway and Lady Marcelline Ashcroft," McGonagall explained.

At that moment, the portraits lining the office walls perked up, overhearing the name Veylorn. Whispering among themselves, they asked Roy, "Did they arrive this year?" Roy nodded.

McGonagall and Snape exchanged glances. "Is… something happening?" Snape asked cautiously.

Roy took a deep breath. "I need to tell you everything about Cassian Veylorn."

He began recounting:

Cassian's time as a student of Salazar Slytherin.

How he used prophecies before his death to store his soul in a wand, waiting for Tom Riddle.

His teaching of black magic to Riddle in exchange for uncovering ancient families.

How he murdered the Veylorn family, used forbidden magic to occupy their bodies, and became the mastermind behind Fenrir Greyback's kidnapping of fifty children, including the princes of England and France, to spark a war between the wizarding and muggle worlds.

His plan to let Peter Pettigrew escape, further destabilizing events.

As Roy spoke, detailing each dark move of Cassian Veylorn, McGonagall and Snape felt a chill run down their spines. The sheer scope of the threat they faced was overwhelming.

Once he finished, Roy instructed: "Keep a close eye on Kael and Caelum Veylorn. I want portraits, staff, and students reporting any unusual activity immediately." Both professors agreed. McGonagall left the office, leaving Roy and Snape alone.

"Tell me, Snape," Roy said quietly, "what has Voldemort been doing these last two months?"

Snape detailed Voldemort's recent moves, confirming that he had remained mostly inactive—but Roy had a plan.

"I want you to send him a letter," Roy said, a smirk forming. "Make it clear how I compared him to Caelum and Kael Veylorn becoming DADA professors. Let him know how ridiculous it looks in his eyes."

Snape raised an eyebrow, recognizing the strategy. "You want to provoke him."

"Exactly. Let him overreact." Roy instructed. Snape wrote the letter, carefully following Roy's words.

When Voldemort read it, rage consumed him. He realized the Veylorn professors were Cassian's agents, sent to dominate the English wizarding world. Enraged, he immediately ordered his Death Eaters to destroy anything related to the Veylorn houses, setting in motion a chain of events that would challenge every wizard in England.

Roy leaned back in his chair, satisfied. The first move in his counter-strategy was in place. Now, he would watch how Voldemort reacted.
