Being a Triwizard Champion was supposed to bringglory,admiration,envy,respect…
But for Ron Weasley and Harry Potter, it brought the opposite.
Students whispered behind their backs.
"Ron? A champion? How?"
"Harry cheated again."
"Potter is chasing fame; Weasley is chasing food."
"Valvas should've been a champion, he's stronger than all of them."
Ron didn't care.He didn't have any fame to lose, and the diary's damage made him cold and irritated.He trained alone, obsessively.
Harry, on the other hand?
He looked more tired each day, snapping at people who didn't believe him.
The castle atmosphere was heavy when the announcement came:

The Great Hall buzzed with excitement.Students rushed to see the champions pass.
But this time, it wasn't just:
The principals
The Triwizard Committee
The other champions
Standing with them were:
Darius Valvas, muggle war legend, magical strategist
Clara Valvas, NATO intelligence officer
Grayfia, calm and unreadable
Roy Valvas, the committee member and human wildcard
The crowd parted when they passed.
Whispers followed:
"That's Roy's grandfather…"
"Why are they here? They're more intimidating than the principals!"
"Valvas family… in a school??"
Rita Skeeter Returns — And Roy Deals With Her
Rita Skeeter sprinted forward, Quick-Quotes Quill hovering eagerly.
She captured Fleur Delacour for the first interview —and Fleur glared daggers as Rita tried twisting her words.
Before Rita could flee to her next victim…
Roy stepped in front of her.
Rita froze.Her quill shook.
"Oh— Roy! Wonderful to see you—"
Roy leaned slightly forward and whispered:
"You and I have done many deals in the past, Rita."
Her eyes widened.Memories of those "deals" meant exclusives, protection, and valuable leaks.
Roy continued:
"You may publish whatever you want… about the other champions."
Rita smiled like a shark.
"Splendid, splendid—"
Roy sharpened his tone:
"But not a negative word about Fleur."
Rita nodded so fast her earrings almost fell off.
"Yes, yes, of course! Fleur Delacour — untouched."
Then she turned straight toward—
Ron Weasley.Harry Potter.
The two boys blanched.
Rita's Interviews — Chaos Ensues Ron Weasley
Rita: "Ronald Weasley, how does it feel carrying the honor of Hogwarts?"
Ron: "They all think I can't do it. I'll prove them wrong."
Rita's quill wrote:
"Ron Weasley: Forgotten Hero or Delusional Underdog?"
Ron's eyebrow twitched.
Harry Potter
Rita: "Harry, AGAIN the center of attention! The Boy Who Just Can't Stop?"
Harry: "I DIDN'T ENTER MY NAME—!"
Quill scribbled:
"Potter's Dangerous Obsession With Attention Reaches New Heights!"
Harry nearly exploded.
Roy watched from a distance, sipping tea.
Grayfia: "You enjoy this too much."
Roy: "A little."
The Wand Inspection Begins
Inside the wand area, silence reigned.
Garrick Ollivander himself stood ready, eyes bright.
But when he saw Roy, his old face lit up with rare excitement.
"Ah… my masterpiece."
Students and champions turned.
Ollivander spoke loudly, proudly:
"Roy Valvas possesses one of the rarest wands I have ever crafted —Dark Phoenix feather core… combined with the scale of the Storm Dragon Dvalin.Utterly unique."
Gasps filled the room.
Even Krum's eyebrows rose.
Fleur stared with interest.
Rita nearly fainted with excitement.
Ollivander continued:
"The wand chooses the wizard —but this wand chose to test him instead.A remarkable bond."
Roy nodded politely.
Then the inspection began:
Fleur Delacour — her Veela hair wand sang beautifully
Camille Rousseau — graceful Beauxbatons wand
Viktor Krum — still stubborn, dragon heartstring
Ivan Dragovich — heavy, brutal Durmstrang wand
Ron Weasley — Ollivander sighed… deeply
Harry Potter — phoenix feather wand glowed uneasily

"Ron's wand looks like it wants to quit."
"Harry kept shouting at the quill."
"Fleur and Roy talked… Hermione is going to explode."

"Roy Valvas knows Fleur??"
"They hugged!"
"He greeted Gabrielle too!"

"Valvas carries himself like a commander."
"Krum looks wary of him."

Roy sighed.
"Great…Now Hermione, Daphne, Astoria, Cassandra, Cho, and Ginny will interrogate me all night."
Grayfia:"They're already marching this way."
Roy:"…I'm going to die."
