Evelyn had just reached her house to meet her parents which made her parents really happy.
In order to celebrate joyous reunion , they kicked evelyn out of the house to do some shopping (labour).
Just like that evelyn is now stuck with a huge shopping list without.any.money.

Just like that all her savings went in grocery shopping(drain).
Now, while she was returning home by climbing up a crossover bridge, she receives a phone call from her mother. From past experiences, evelyn knew the consequences of not picking up her mother's phone on time, it would be either nagging, a life threatening emergency, something was not added to her list.etc.
While trying to pick up her phone from her pocket, she stumbles backwards and the phone slips from her hand. Now while the phone was falling in slow motion, many thoughts popped up in evelyn's head at once including a huge crack in her financial planning , nagging from her parents, being filmed as the person who doesn't appreciate her phone in this city . etc
However, the most important thought was the reaction from her husband.
Initially, Noah opposed the idea of having a phone in the countryside since landlines are still available and there is no specific reason for having a phone in their love life. However, being a overworked ex-employee made it hard for evelyn to live without a phone completely all of a sudden.
After all the begging and convincing , she finally managed to get approval to keep her phone. If the phone, break now-
