The Kaguya Clan truly lived up to its reputation as a Clan of madmen; fighting them was a pure adrenaline rush.
Even though Yuta had already taken down their leader with the terrifying Rasenshuriken, these guys showed no sign of running. Instead, they just charged forward even harder, screaming about fighting and revenge.
Naturally, the fight ended without any surprises.
His only regret was that no one else among the Kaguya ninja had awakened the Shikotsumyaku, which messed up his plan to bring back a full body or a live captive to study.
"I wonder how Tsunade and the others are doing... Ah, forget it, I should get to the Shinigami Mask Hall first."
Using his Sage Mode's sensing, Yuta quickly found the Shinigami Mask Hall.
The hall was tucked away in the most remote southwest corner of the Village, the complete opposite side of the village from the Uzumaki Clan's Sealing Technique vault.
The Shinigami Mask Hall was a forbidden place for the Uzumaki Clan, filled with all kinds of masks called "Shinigami Masks," and each one represented a different deity.
From Kirigakure's point of view, this mysterious forbidden spot held the Uzumaki Clan's biggest secret, which is why the hall was one of their main targets.
The moment he reached the woods near the Shinigami Mask Hall, Yuta caught a strong whiff of blood.
Following the smell, he pushed through some bushes and found a wounded man under a tree—he was clutching a nasty gash on his stomach, but it was no use; blood just kept seeping through his fingers.
Noticing the bright red hair and the forehead protector, Yuta's eyes narrowed a bit.
'This injury…' a hole straight through the gut was usually a death sentence, but this Uzumaki ninja was still hanging on, even though his face was ghostly white from blood loss. 'To survive something like that, he really lives up to the Uzumaki name.'
'Talk about tough life force.'
Even as he thought it, Yuta didn't waste time. He immediately went to the Uzumaki ninja's side, and a green light flickered in his palm.
The Mystical Palm Technique was a high-level medical ninjutsu that could kickstart the cells in a wound. In just a moment, the Uzumaki's wound was healed up.
Of course, Yuta figured it probably had something to do with the Uzumaki Clan's special physique, too.
"Konoha's reinforcements?...Cough, cough… Thanks"
The Uzumaki ninja was still weak, and his voice was hoarse, but he could at least talk now.
Leaning against the tree trunk and panting, he caught his breath and looked at Yuta. His voice was weak but clear.
"The Hidden Mist... they're already fighting my people. There are nineteen of them, all good with Water Release and assassination Jutsus. A few of them seem to have Kekkei Genkai, and they're strong."
Right after he finished speaking, a loud explosion echoed from not too far away.
Yuta's eyes sharpened. After making sure the Uzumaki ninja was okay, he immediately took off toward the Shinigami Mask Hall.
He sped through the dense forest, and a brutal scene jumped into view—the gate of the Shinigami Mask Hall was completely wrecked.
In the open area in front of it, a dozen or so Uzumaki ninja were in a fierce fight with the Kirigakure forces.
A few Uzumaki bodies were already lying near the broken gate.
"Damn it... haven't the reinforcements arrived yet? We're getting overrun!"

Instantly, a storm of tiny, sharp ice blades shot out, falling from the sky like deadly flower petals and cutting into the Uzumaki ninja. The attack also broke the focus of the four Uzumaki who were trying to get the barrier ready.

'Ice Release... so they're from the Yuki clan?'
The Hidden Mist, before it became the "Blood Mist" village and started purging its Kekkei Genkai clans, was seriously powerful.
The Yuki clan's Ice Release, the Kaguya Clan's Shikotsumyaku, plus the Hozuki Clan with their water bodies and the Seven Ninja Swordsmen—Kirigakure's lineup was scary strong.
Right on time, Yuta dropped from the sky, and his Wind Release: Rasenshuriken came down with him, landing right in the middle of the Kirigakure ninja.
"Who's there?!"
The Kiri shinobi all tensed up. Taken by surprise, at least three of them got caught directly by the Jutsu.
If it weren't for two Yuki clan members using their Ice Release together to block it, that one Rasenshuriken would have taken out several of them right then and there.
"Konoha's reinforcements... a kid?"
One of the Kirigakure ninja wearing a demon mask muttered to himself, his grip tightening on the big sword in his hand.
His instincts were screaming that he couldn't underestimate this guy just because of his age.
At the very least, he needed to use his proper sword.
Thinking that, Hozuki Satsuki didn't hesitate. He took the scroll off his back and unsealed the ninja sword he had stored from the Hidden Mist Village.
A huge sword appeared in his hand.
'That sword is... the Executioner's Blade? Is this guy one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist?'
Before Yuta could think more on it, the Yuki clansman who had just attacked the Uzumaki ninja used another Ice Release jutsu, aiming right for him.
In a flash, he tapped his foot on the ground and shot backward like an arrow.
And just as he moved, three sharp ice pillars burst out from the spot he'd just been standing.
"Brat, you shouldn't be here."
The next moment, Hozuki Satsuki, holding the Executioner's Blade, suddenly appeared right next to Yuta. With a grunt, he swung the massive blade sideways with a powerful whoosh.
'Because of the Rasenshuriken, I'm target number one now, huh?'
The thought flashed through Yuta's mind, and his body reacted on its own.
While dodging the swing, he clapped his hands together and activated a jutsu.
Sage Art: Wind Release: Vacuum Orb!
A torrent of chakra shot out, turning into a rapid-fire stream of energy bullets that hammered into Hozuki Satsuki.
But to his surprise, the guy with the Executioner's Blade didn't even try to dodge. He just let the jutsu hit him.
The next second, Hozuki Satsuki's whole body turned to liquid, splashing down onto the ground like a puddle of water.
'This is... the Hozuki Clan's Hydrification Technique?'
