Mercy was burning red with rage. She was furious at Keera for sending her back into the very alley she had walked through so much to reach Keera's building and her flat."That wretched woman has crossed all limits—sending me back into this alley again. If I meet her this time, I'll cut off her head. Oh God, now I'll have to walk all that distance again to get back to that building," Mercy thought to herself.
But Mercy was not someone who gave up easily—especially when her pride was wounded. And so she decided that she would return to that same building, and this time she would take her revenge on Keera.
With that thought, Mercy once again set off along the same path that would lead her to the thirteenth floor of the building she had visited earlier.
On the other side, Michael had been waiting for Mercy for quite a while and had grown increasingly anxious. Restless now, he kept looking again and again toward the main gate of the cemetery—the same gate through which he had entered.
