Jaxon pov
I walked out and saw Mum and Dad conversing with one of the neighbors as they seemed scared, and they were both compensating. The other neighbors from the other side of the building also joined in as they shook their heads, making me confused.
I was a bit confused that I couldn't apprehend what was going on. I strolled out of the house and towards my parents. as they turned to me with a sad look, I knew something must have happened in the neighboring house.
"What happened? Mom" I asked as she hesitated before speaking.
"Miss Ferdinand's daughter went missing, and they were unable to find her, but I think it was a kidnapped situation because there was a threat letter kept for the parents. They called to ask me if I had seen anyone come into their house to take their daughter, which, we all know, we did not witness." Mom said.
