"Quite impressive." Karl didn't know what expression to make for a moment.
With Belle guiding him, it was indeed much more efficient than him wandering around aimlessly.
As they navigated the castle's intricate corridors, even cleverly avoiding the guards' sight, Karl began to question Belle's identity.
Soon after, they stopped in front of a heavy oak door, from which a faint light of a magical illumination stone seeped through the cracks.
Belle tilted her head slightly, her ears twitching. Then she whispered, "This is the room of Count Fick, the Commander of the Black Dragon Extermination Army. Theresa, the fifth child of Duke Sophie, is inside."
Karl narrowed his eyes slightly. As far as he knew, this Theresa had always been a transparent figure.
Late at night, the Grand Duke's youngest son was in a Commander's room.
It seemed that after he had wiped out Grand Duke Sophie's two original heirs, she had already begun to cultivate new successors.
Karl moved to the window, and his fingertip 'Formless' conjured a sharp tool, silently making a small hole in the window. He peered through the hole, looking at the scene inside the room.
Just one glance, and he was silenced.
Although Theresa was a son, he had female breasts. He was sprawled in the arms of an adult, engaged in an illicit affair, his lips slightly parted, his eyes hazy.
The most shocking thing was that behind him, a middle-aged, muscular man was sprawled, hugging his buttocks and thrusting.
"..." Karl looked for a moment, then averted his gaze. It was too much to bear, and he didn't want to continue watching.
His objective for sneaking in late at night was simple. To Ghoulification/Cannibalism Skill the last Ghoul and see if he could unlock a skill. At the same time, he wanted to cause as much chaos as possible for Sophie, the Grand Duke of the Northern Territory.
Seeing the three people piled together.
"How disgusting." Karl withdrew his gaze and looked back at Belle: "Where is Muse's room?"
According to the information he had gathered, Muse originally had no chance of inheriting, so she had been cultivating in the church. She shouldn't be playing too wild.
Belle nodded gently, once again taking on the role of guide.
In a short while, they arrived at another large door.
Karl, as before, extended his fingertip and delicately cut a tiny slit in the small window beside the door.
Through this narrow gap, he saw the scene inside.
A spacious and tall room, with various paintings hanging on the walls. As expected of a nun who came from the church, her artistic appreciation was much stronger.
The scene inside once again left Karl speechless.
Muse lay on a huge bed, and unlike her brother, she had the fully developed figure of a woman, surrounded by a circle of Little Boys.
Yes, a circle, Little Boys, eight of them.
Her face wore a look of infatuation, and she was fully immersed.
"..." Karl felt that he wasn't picky, but this scene truly baffled him.
Was there not a single normal person in this family?
According to his intelligence, Black Dragon King Kasha had already broken through three cities, yet these people were still having orgies.
Karl lowered his head and pondered. The remaining key figures were Grand Duke Sophie and her eldest daughter, White Pheasant.
Unlike her other siblings, White Pheasant was a complete battle maniac, and her strength was estimated to have reached the sixth-tier.
Karl also knew her other identity, a "Ghoul" kin of an evil god.
He didn't need to confront her directly. As for Grand Duke Sophie, he would wait until he had gathered more intelligence before making a plan.
As his thoughts drifted, Karl once again turned his gaze to Belle beside him.
She stood there quietly, her unfocused eyes staring at the wall.
An inexplicable sense of pity welled up in Karl's heart. After all, he had taken her virginity, and Belle had cooperated fully throughout.
He couldn't bring himself to kill her after having his way with her.
He and Grand Duke Sophie were mortal enemies, and Belle might be able to provide him with some crucial information.
"I'm planning to leave. Do you want to come with me?"
Karl asked softly, trying his best to make his tone not sound like a bad person, even though he had just broken into her room and forced himself on her.
Upon hearing this, Belle's lips curved. This was the first time Karl had seen an expression on her face: "Can I refuse?"
"If you don't want to, then forget it." Karl shrugged. His purpose was just information; there was no need to force Belle to follow.
"My name is Karl. If you need me, you can find me in San Marino City. I'm leaving."
As he spoke, Karl's gaze was fixed on Belle's face, trying to capture any subtle changes in her expression.
After hearing Karl's name, Belle didn't show any surprise. She merely bowed slightly, respectfully: "Alright, Mr. Karl."
Karl used his Time Stop ability to disappear from Belle's sight.
When he reappeared, he was already five hundred meters away.
At this moment, Karl was covered in white bandages, wearing a tattered brown trench coat. Since he had come all this way, he couldn't return empty-handed.
He flicked his hands, holding a sharp dagger in each, deliberately distinguishing himself from the image of Karl who relied on brute force.
"Time Stop."
Karl moved through the static time and space, appearing instantly before two guards. Their faces still held expressions of shock and confusion, with no time to react.
The daggers sliced through, and the guards clutched the wounds on their necks, blood seeping through their fingers.
Karl stood before the gushing blood of the guards. He looked up at the moon: "Tonight will be a night of hunting."
Chapter 188: Too Despicable
Karl, wrapped in white bandages, moved like a ghost through the Duke's mansion. Whenever he saw a guard or someone dressed like a noble, he would immediately activate "Time Stop."
He would lock onto his target, slice with the dagger in his hand, and then deactivate "Time Stop" as he neared the target's throat.
"There's… Ugh!" The guard saw the eerie white figure and was about to speak when his vision blurred, and the white figure was already in front of him.
The dagger sliced with such speed that he couldn't see it, and a chill ran down his throat.
The guard instinctively clutched the gushing blood from his throat, his eyes filled with disbelief, and he collapsed to the ground, his blood splattering and staining the luxurious floor.
Karl wasn't actually skilled with daggers, but his strength was sufficient.
Whenever he swung a dagger, his immense power meant that whether it was armor or flesh, it would be forcibly split and torn apart.
The entire Duke's mansion had become his hunting ground. Karl's figure flickered continuously between various rooms and corridors, bodies collapsing onto the ground or beds.
The air was filled with an increasingly thick scent of blood.
Count Fick suddenly noticed the abnormality outside.
A strange sense of crisis made him abruptly pull out of Theresa's body beneath him, roll off the bed, and grab a knight's sword at random.
"Ah!" Theresa groaned: "Uncle Fick?"
"I'll go out and see." He whispered to Theresa.
"Don't worry, Little Theresa. He's always been this sensitive." The adult continued to embrace Theresa, pulling him close to her body: "Let's continue."
Count Fick paid no attention to the sounds of Theresa and his wife's illicit activities. He cautiously walked to the door.
He had been appointed the Commander for this Black Dragon extermination, possessing not only high prestige in the army but also reaching the fifth-tier strength himself.
The moment he approached the door.
"Crack!"
Wood splinters flew as the door was pierced by a long sword, aimed directly at Count Fick's heart.
Count Fick was prepared and reacted extremely quickly. While dodging sideways, the long sword in his hand also thrust violently outwards through the door, its tip whistling as it pierced the wooden door.
However, there was nothing outside the door.
Count Fick's heart tightened, and he thought, 'This is bad.'
Just as he was about to turn, he felt a chill in his chest; a long spear had already pierced through his chest.
Blood gushed from the spear tip, flowing over his pectoral muscles.
"Ugh…" Count Fick struggled to turn his head, his eyes wide with disbelief as he looked behind him.
A monstrous figure wrapped in white bandages appeared in his line of sight, its cold eyes like a messenger from hell.
The next second, the long spear was mercilessly pulled out by the bandage monster.
Count Fick's body collapsed weakly to the ground, he spat out a large mouthful of blood, his eyes filled with unwillingness, having been ambushed to death.
His full strength had not even been unleashed; he died with his eyes wide open.
Theresa screamed in terror on the bed.
Karl's eyes showed no hesitation or pity. His movements were swift. The long spear in his hand transformed into a long blade, and he charged at Theresa, the long blade flashing across her neck.
With a crisp sound of blade entering flesh, her head slid to the ground, her eyes wide, an expression of terror and bewilderment on her face.
"To die just like that."
Karl muttered to himself. Regardless, she was a Ghoul. The long blade in his hand transformed into a giant hammer again, and he slammed it heavily onto Theresa's head on the ground.
With a crisp "Pah!" sound, like a watermelon bursting, blood and brain matter splattered everywhere.
Karl retracted the giant hammer, looking at the mess on the ground. Three of Grand Duke Sophie of the Northern Territory's five children had already been directly dealt with by him.
He turned to look at the woman on the bed; her body was trembling, and a large wet patch had appeared between her legs.
Just then, the wooden door was shattered by immense force. Amidst flying splinters, a tall figure appeared in the room.
White Pheasant's gaze quickly swept the room, saw her brother's body on the ground, and landed on Karl.
Without any superfluous words, White Pheasant raised her fist and charged towards Karl with incredible speed.
Her fist whistled through the air.
A battle intent flashed in Karl's eyes. He was a dragon after all, and he also wanted to test White Pheasant's true combat power. If he had the chance, he would kill her.
He raised his fist without hesitation and attacked her.
Their fists met in mid-air.
A loud "Bang!" echoed, and the entire room trembled.
Karl only felt a numbness in his fist, and several cracks appeared in the floor beneath his feet.
White Pheasant's body, however, was pushed back three steps, and her arm was unnaturally twisted.
In this first pure test of strength, Karl had won.
White Pheasant looked at her arm, an expression of surprise on her face.
She clearly hadn't expected the seemingly slender bandage monster in front of her to possess such immense strength.
Then, a crazed smile appeared on her face: "Interesting! Don't die so easily!"
"Roar!" She let out a loud roar, her lips suddenly tearing open all the way to her ears, revealing a mouthful of sharp teeth. Her body began to swell, her skin turned white, and large patches of her skin became covered in scales.
Her height surged to three meters, and she hunched her body.
Karl narrowed his eyes. This was the true form of a Ghoul. He then looked at her arm, which had already recovered.
"Next, this is my full-power strike!"
Karl suddenly extended his hand.
White Pheasant was startled, then her black pupils became serious. She immediately adopted a defensive stance, ready to receive Karl's full-power strike.
"Take my punch!" Karl roared, his figure suddenly retreating, directly smashing through the wall behind him and leaping into the darkness.
