Chapter 2 - The Born of Dusk's Child

A Long time ago in the realm of chaos, before the universe came into light, the child of dusk was born. She grew up with twinkling stars and gentle, yet fierce, Moon, her brother Nisvarn. Stars are friends.

Opens on the edge of a vast, starless void, A soft hum ripples through the darkness — the sound of existence trying to remember itself.

Raatrika( whispering to her friend Ishani (stat)):Ishani, Isha, Wake up, Oh my tiny friend Wake upppp!. You twinkle like a dream and flicker never fades yet. What is secret of twinkling and flickering eyes ? Say na — , I longed to hear the whispers of the worlds gossips.

Ishani(Yawning, Light rippling off from her like tiny silver ray):Gossips? At this time! Dear, the world is still asleep now. Oh, my Goddess. What news does your heart want? You dream too much, Raatrika. Even the stillness blushes when you speak.

Raatrika( smiling, twisting her curly hair — eyes bloom like stars): I do, dreams are only news the silence brings, Isha. When the void stills, it tells me secrets of what is yet to be born.

Ishani: You and your dreams of poetry! If you listen too much, even the silence may start talking to you.

Raatrika: Maybe it already does. Every breath in the dark carries the noise.

(A faint golden glow blooming across the east horizon. Ishani looks up nervously. The figure that terrores the darkness, glowing in eatern side of the realm of choas).

Ishani( whispering to herself): God, Ah.... there he comes again. The blazing flame that waves at our child of Dusk(Raatrika).

Raatrika(softly, eyes distant, whispering to herself): Dawn.....

(A golden ball full of blazing rays — not sudden, but deliberate — like a hand reaching to touch her with softness yet fiercely possessive warmth. The very air shivers as the Dawn takes the form: a figure of energy and light, his deep voice echoing through the Dusk full of stars).

Suryaansh(The Dawn): My Dear child of Dusk... how many nights have I found my way to your side? Every time I rise, I leave half of my heart with you love.

Raatrika(cute expression): And every time you rise , you do make my stars flee from me — they're drawn to you except for Ishani — as if to greet you. You burn them, yet they still smile. Such loyalty I envy.

Suryaansh(Shaking his head): My love, they smile because you let them. You gift them darkness so they may shine their light. And you have given me light and warmth through your silence and void, Raatrika — and I repay you with my dawn.

Ishani( whispering herself): A poetic Goddess, the both of them. If the universe clouds could blush, they would by now. Ah... God! I forgot Nisvarn asked us to come to the palace earlier tonight after from our walk.

Curtain Falls with Ishani freaking out.
