Draken stood by the window, watching the pouring rain under the moonlight. They were now back home, and had changed out of the soaked clothes. He'd never imagined that rain could be such a beautiful thing.
"You're so much better now, you can even watch the pouring rain" Emma said, hugging him from behind.
"It's all thanks to you" Draken replied softly, holding her tighter.
"Do you mind telling me why you were so afraid of rainy days?" Emma asked, curious to know.
"When I was young, my elder brother, David Hunt would always bully me when our parents weren't around" he begun his sad childhood story.
"I'm adopted, and he didn't want me around. He'd hit me and lock me up in the dark whenever it rained, it was so terrifying, especially during thunder, not once, not twice....but everytime he got a chance" his story was saddening.
Emma couldn't help but feel so sorry for him.
"Draken, it's okay, you don't have to be so sad anymore" Emma stood in front of him, comforting him.
"That's in the past now, you don't have to let it define your future okay?"
"Emma, I don't know what I'd do without you, I can't leave without you...promise me, whatever happens, you'll never leave my side" Draken held both her hands, desperately waiting for her answer.
"I promise you, I won't leave your side, I'll always stay with you"Emma replied, before he pulled her into his embrace.
"Come on,I'll make some herbal tea for you before we sleep, or else you might catch a cold" she said, caressing his back.
"Let me just hold you for a little while longer and recharge" Draken replied, sniffing her hair.
He loved holding her like that. It was the only way he felt loved and safe.
"If it makes you feel any better, hold me for as long as you want"

Meanwhile~~~~
At the Hospital~~
"Doctor, I came as fast as I could as soon as you called, what happened to my husband?" Draken's mom was worried.
"Mr Hunt is showing great signs of recovery Mrs Hunt. You don't have to worry,at this rate, he will surely open his eyes sooner" the doctor observing Draken's dad said.
"Thank you doctor," she replied, finally relaxing.
That was some good news...
"Mr Hunt has a weak heart, even the slightest little things about someone he loves so deeply can send him into a comma...that brings us to your son, Draken" the doctor said.
"What do you mean doctor?" She asked.
"It means that, when he wakes up, he must see your son in order to recover faster, well and fine...if his news of getting into an accident took him into a comma, then seeing him alive will be of great help" the doctor replied.
Even though he was an adopted son, Chairman Hunt truly loved his son Draken Hunt, he saw him as his own. More than the one he shared blood ties with.
"I'll ask Draken to be here first thing in the morning doctor," his mom said.
"You can call the rest of his family too, just make sure Draken is around" the doctor finally concluded before he left.

At the Hunt Mansion~~~~~
David was snooping around in Draken's room, trying to look for some answers to his questions.
His room was as neat and clean as he left it.
He was such a clean freak
"This night brings back some old memories of ours, brother..." He spoke softly after he landed on his picture.
"Those days I used to torture you, like the homeless brat you were, but you took everything that belongs to me, my parent's love, the company, my love and my inheritance....what more are you possibly going to take next?"
"I have to get rid of you before you do that!" He grabbed the picture and threw it on the floor, breaking its glass frame, but he noticed something after he did.
Behind the picture was another picture which couldn't be seen easily.
He squatted down and picked up the picture that had fallen out of the frame, taking a closer look, it was a woman and the woman was familiar.
Emma
He knew her so well and couldn't forget her face.
"Why does that brat have a picture of her? And hiding it behind his?" He was curious.
He took out his phone and called someone.
"I need you to find someone for me as quickly as possible, and give me all her details" he said to the other person on the line before he hung up.
"You my pretty Emma, will be my trump card against my dear little brother" he smiled, staring at her picture...
Suddenly his plans had changed.

The next morning~~~
At Draken's house
Draken and Emma slept peacefully in each other's embrace but we're then woken up by Draken's phone ringing.
His mom was the one calling.
"Yes mom" he said, as soon as he picked up.
"Son, you need to come to the hospital right now, your dad needs you here" she replied.
"What happened to dad?" He asked worried.
"You just come here as fast as you can, I'll explain everything to you" she replied.
"Alright mom, I'm on my way" he said before he hung up.
"What happened?" Emma asked.
"I'm sorry Emma, but I'll have to skip breakfast with you today, my mom needs me at the hospital" he replied.
"It's fine, don't worry. I understand, you can go to the hospital" Emma said.
"Just keep your phone close, I'll call you and check up on you okay?" She continued to say.
"I will. Keep yours close too. I'll have Shaun watch over you while I'm away, don't go anywhere without him" Draken replied, before he kissed her softly on her lips and rushed out of bed, straight to the bathroom.
"I still haven't told you about Alex, but with all that's happening right now, I don't want to bother you more. It's best I keep it to myself" Emma thought to herself.

At the Dave Mansion~~~~~
"Mom, with Emma threatening to take the presidency, now more than ever...I have to get married to Draken" Samantha complained to her mother.
"Relax honey, I just got off the phone with his mom and she wants us to go to the hospital, this is our chance to win Chairman Hunt's favour, as soon as he wakes up from his comma" her mom replied.
"Draken's dad is awake from his comma?" Sam asked confused.
"His doctor said that he will wake up soon, today you know what that means. Ouracle's crisis was solved by Draken, he's really determined not to get married to you, but if his dad approves of you, he won't be able to resist" Her mom replied.
"But mom, what if he doesn't listen to his dad as well, what if he already has someone he likes....mom I won't be able to handle it, especially if that person is Emma!" Sam said angrily.
"Emma is a good for nothing, no one would want to marry a woman like her, all she has is a pretty face, nothing else, but you have it all, money, power, beauty...you will marry Draken"
The two were totally clueless that Emma currently had all those things as Draken's wife, all she had to do was accept to be introduced to everyone as his wife.
But Emma was still being considerate, and trying to prove herself....that's what made her special and all the men crazy about her. Not only Draken, but Alex too, as well as David.
"We should head to the hospital now" Sam's mom continued to say, but before they could leave, Alex showed up at the door step drunk, barely standing on his own two feet.
"Alex? What happened to you?" Sam asked, helping him up.
"S....she rejected m....me! She doesn't lo...ve me" he murmured, struggling to let the words out.
"A heartbreak? Who'd reject a fine man like you" Sam asked helping him to the couch.
"Sam, we have to go, the maids will handle him, let's go" her mom pulled her away.
The two left before Alex could say who'd rejected him, Sam didn't get the chance to hear it.

Outside the hospital~~~~
"Emma Dave, so Sam has a sister whom the world doesn't know about, she was kicked out by her father? This woman is more interesting than I thought, no wonder my brother is after her, she's an heiress!"David read through the file that his contact had just handed him, in his car.
He remembered at the party, she told him something.
"I'm married"
But her file said nothing about her husband.
"Who could her husband be?" He asked himself.
"Could it be Draken? No, that brat's poker face would scare her away, and he's not the type to get married....but, I'm curious" David started fixing the pieces together.
But he still couldn't figure it out.
While in his car, Draken's car pulled up across his as well, and he came out along with Erick.
"What is he doing here?" David asked himself, rushing out of the car.
"You're not supposed to be here" he said, as soon as he stood in front of him and stopped him.
"Get out of my way!" He simply said, maintaining the cold look on his face. He had no time for this.
"You're really pushing it you know little brother! Talking to me like that" David replied.
But he simply walked past him, his shoulder hitting his and David whimped in pain like he'd been hit by a wall.
"Ouch! How did he build such a body?" He complained.
The audacity!
He treated him like a nobody. He followed after them.

"I'm glad the both of you came together, your dad will be happy to see you when he opens his eyes" their mom said, as soon as she saw the both if them.
"Don't worry mom, dad will be fine" Draken's voice softened while talking to his mom. He hugged her to reassure her.
He wore gloves that hid the ring he wore on his finger, no one could notice it.
They were a special gift from Emma, he treated them.
"Can I go in and see him?" Draken asked the doctor who'd just come out of the room.
"Yes you can, but one person at a time. Draken, you can go in first" the doctor replied, before Draken went in alone.
He sat by the chair close to the bed.
"Dad, how have you been? It's been long since I last visited you" Draken said.
The last time he did was when he was still in hiding.
"Dad, you should open your eyes, I have so much to tell you. I found someone to love and cherish, and I want you to meet her" he continued to say...and as soon as he said that, his dad's hand started to move.
His eyelids also started to move, slowly by slowly he opened his eyes..
"D...Draken!" He called onto him.
"Dad, you're awake?"
Chairman Hunt had woken up from his coma.
