He struck Luffy.
Luffy bounced off the ground three times before slamming into the wall.
"Ahhh—!" Luffy screamed as his eyes went white.
He collapsed to the ground, Second Gear slowly deactivating.
Luffy started coughing up blood.
Blaaagh!
He gasped for air, struggling to catch his breath. Lucci reappeared in front of him, luffy looks up at lucci and in his eyes, Luffy could see his own reflection.
Lucci punched Luffy as he lay on the ground. He punched him again, and again, and again, and again,over and over..each hit burying Luffy into the ground.
Blood splash across the floor.
Lucci laughed coldly. "Is this all you've got? The man who defeated Arlong and Crocodile… now dies like this? Pathetic."
Lucci walked away, disappointed, then he stopped and grinned.
Luffy tried to stand—but fell. He tried again, and again, and again.
"Give up," Lucci said.
But finally, Luffy pushed himself up off the ground. He crouched low, one fist pressed to the ground, the other bracing against his leg.
"I won't lose to you," Luffy said. "All my friends… all my crew… they're out there giving everything they've got. And I'll do the same."
He took a deep breath.
"Now… let me show you my true power."
"First Gear."
Steam erupted from his body. His hair color turned from black to black and red, and his fingernails turned black as his aura surged around him.
Lucci smiled and muttered, "First Gear, huh? If Second wasn't enough… how strong will First be?"
Luffy punched the ground.
Boom!
The entire ground shattered.
"Moonwalk," Lucci said, walking through the air.
"Let's take this fight somewhere bigger," he added, flying towards the rooftop.
Luffy followed at full speed.
The two shot out onto the roof.
"This is much better," Lucci said as he landed.
Luffy lands on top of the roof. The ground beneath his feet shattered.
They dashed at each other, trading punches and kicks.
Finger Pistol!
Luffy dodged.
Lucci leapt back, smirking.
"Gum Gum!"
Lucci (thinking) –[No matter how far he can stretch, he won't reach me fast enough]
"Shockwave!" Luffy shouts.
The attack slammed into Lucci's entire body. He flew back and hit the ground.
Lucci (thinking) –[How… did that reach me? His arm didn't even stretch]
"Gum Gum- Jet Shockwave Gatling!"
Hundreds of fists hits into Lucci's chest from a far, pounding Lucci relentlessly.
Luffy then calmed his heart and deactivated First Gear.
Lucci barely got to his feet, bleeding and staggering, struggling to stay upright.
Luffy bit his finger and blew it up like a balloon.
"Now… Third Gear!"
"First… Second Gear… then First Gear… and now Third? What will this one do?" Lucci asked, annoyed.
"Third Gear gives me the power to enlarge any part of my body," Luffy said, glaring. "And now… my left hand is that of a giant."
Meanwhile…
Franky finally caught up to Spandam and Robin.
"Cola Burst!"
Franky's attack hit Spandam in the back, sending him sliding across the ground on his face.
"How dare you! Do you know who my father is?" Spandam shouted, furious as he stand back up.
"Let her go, Robin," Franky said.
"We'll get the keys from your friends later," Franky added.
Spandam started to laugh.
"Did you really think I was going to let any of you leave here alive? Well… maybe you and Robin, because I need you both to get Pluto. But everyone else will burn."
"What did you do?" Franky asked nervously.
"I summoned a Buster Call," Spandam replied, smirking.
Robin's eyes widened. "A… Buster Call?!"
Franky stuttered. "That's… that's a whole Navy fleet! We can't fight that head-on!"
Spandam smirked. "Exactly. You're trapped. No one escapes this time."
Franky shake his head, trying to stay calm. "Robin… we have to get out of here, fast. an entire fleet of admirals and vice admirals will show up."
"What did you just say?" a voice called out.
Franky turned—and saw Sanji and Zoro standing behind him.
Sanji looked out to the sea and saw what looked like a hundred warships heading their way.
"They're here…" Spandam whispered.
"Who's here?" a voice asked.
Spandam turned around. "What now?"
"What were you guys talking about?" Emma asked.
Spandam laughed coldly. "Your death."
Noah sighed.
Cannonballs started to rain down on Enies Lobby.
"This is bad," Nami said. "What about Granny Kokoro, Paulie, and the others?"
"Don't worry about them," Noah said. "I'll take care of them. But we'll need a ship… a really big one."
Noah then launches himself toward the fleet of warships.
Bam!
He landed on the deck of one of the ships.
"Hello… and goodbye."
