Sophia seems to be in danger…..
Dani thought to herself as this was supposed to be sent only in times of emergency
"What is this lady dani…? Isn't this your divine messenger spell…how come its here…"
Not only Sarah but even the other council members were shocked to see it.
Dani read the contents of the letter...
"Lady dani, I will reach the castle in a few hours, this letter is to you inform you that your suspicions were correct, also I have brought along a surprise with me. The sensitive details , I would like to share it with you in person."
Oh, Sophia is safe and reading her letter gave me assurance that the cruelmancers are not there, so we only have three places to search now. If Melania would be here we would have instantly gotten to know their some clues about their location with the help of her spirits.
This is what she thought that we all have to rely on ourselves to win this battle, Melania is not there anymore.
"Council members, I guess I can tell you now, I had sent Sophia for some work related to Church to Morquine. This letter was sent by her and it also confirms that there are no cruelmancers in Morquine as well."
Yesssss.....they were relieved to receive this news
"So we need to only focus on the other three nations.."
Casper said and the others nodded in agreement.
Now, decision was to be made regarding the formation of the army, they were already well versed with the fighting techniques of the cruelmancers hence the fight would become a bit easier for them.
Danver stood up to speak about it
"We would need two strategies one if we are to fight together and the second if we are to fight separately."
"Yes, you are right about it….Let me propose the formation of the army as the Commander of Memoria."
Casper was really reliable at times needed to discuss such war strategies. He used to give advices to Melania and the team during the Great War.
During the great war,in the shadows were the espionage , sharing the intel with us.
It was always the empress , the demon lord and me at the front followed by other knight captains then the elves then the knights . It was a triangular formation . The corner was occupied by the priests.
Then behind the enemy a semicircle was formed by the knights of golden army followed by the mages and the last layer of this formation was formed by knights and priests alternating.In between both these formation were healers.The demons were always targeting from the rear sight of the enemy with no particular formation, always random.
This was when we were fighting a tier 4 and 5 cruelmancers and it proved to be quite useful as we all can see the results.
Now we are fighting a tier 3 and two tier 2 cruelmancers with the location unkown and a new terrain maybe Mesa, Eleris or Azeth.
As we do not have the elves and the mages and demons may not be working together with us, we need to think of a different formation.
They all were listening patiently and attentively to them, they relied on Casper and believed his plan.
We already dispatched the espionage. I will lead the fight this time, with the 5 captains from the golden army. Sarah and five other mages will attack from behind with the 10 knights protecting them from ahead. Two priests including a healer with each my team and Sarah's team will be assisting us from behind.
Sir Joseph, if I am not wrong the device is small in size and circular, can we use it as a wearble device, maybe a necklace. "
"Yes, sir , it is possible to wear it but I am not proficient in making a necklace out of the deivce .
"Casper, this department comes under me, did you forget already?"
Casper and Danver both smiled at each other.
"Yes, danver.. I will leave it to you then."
Casper continued and looked at dani
"Lady dani you will blend in with the army which I will be leading and use the device to stun the opponent and deal the final blow to the three horn cruelmancer.
This is the idea I am proposing for attacking as one force.
This is only effective if the enemy is fighting together and have not divided their forces.
Are you all satisfied with this idea or want to put in some inputs?
"No Casper it is a well laid plan. "
" Okay, but I would request all the nation representative to chose the best and strong ones from your faction so that we ensure the win."
"Sir Casper, may I."
"Yes sir Joseph."
"I would like to give an idea if we are to split our forces, once we get to know they are at different locations, the third tier can be killed easily with the help of only saintess and Casper... As for the the other two enemies , one team of magicians would be led by Sarah and the other would be led by the golden army with some priests in both of them"
Danver stood up," I think your idea is great, but I guess it would be better if we have equal number of mages and the Knights of golden army in both of the teams attacking the two cruelamancers .
Dani was very pleased with the plans by the council members.
"Yes, that sounds better, great job everyone I think we should proceed with these plans for time being. Let us meet in the evening when Sophia joins has arrived. "
"Sure."
They all got up to leave. Many preparations were to be done with regards to the battle.
I will leave the preparations of the battle to Casper and Sarah and Danver we will discuss that important thing in the evening's meeting, hope you are fine with it."
"I have no objections, lady dani."
Everyone left, except for Casper and Dani.
"You.... I guess you finally talked to her, your eyes are really puffy. When I had first met her like that, I was the same as you, Casper.. Would you like to go with me now."
She smiled and asked her he couldn't say no as this time he too wanted to go there.

After listening to Dani's words , Casper..was in deep thought
He knelt in front of the coffin as though helpless and disappointed in himself and only one thought was going in his mind....
