Rael watched Yasmin step out of the door, leaving him alone in his longhouse and giving him the chance to fully assess his body's condition and, most of all, the Dominion Codex, which was filled with a lot of changes.
Rael slowly rose to his feet, taking note of the slight tension within his torso which indicated that the broken ribs seemed to have almost fully healed. He also took note that the Uruz symbols across his skin were gone, alongside their enhancement and backlashes, with the only remaining wounds being those of the flesh—like the big one across his torso to his chest which was scabbed over, and a few minor ones in some parts of his body.
"Hmm, fair enough." He flexed his biceps, feeling slightly rigid thanks to lying in one spot for a week or so, but the most exciting of all was the slight and heavy itching he could feel within his veins that all flowed towards his heart, which seemed heavier, as if some barrier was protecting it.
