The frown on Gideon's face worsen the more as he saw the person that was leaning the grey stone pillar.
It was Marlow. They both went to the same academy together back in the past.
They have been paired up together in the past, survived hard drills and freezing winters side by side, but Marlow always have a way of getting under people's skin and making people to always want to punch him.
The boy let out an annoying smile.
"Well, well. Look who survived Post Six," Marlow said as he pushed himself off the wall. "The rumours going around was that you got swallowed up by the snow, Gideon. I thought I would never see that grumpy face of yours again."
Gideon did not smile back.. "I told you many times to leave me alone, Marlow."
Marlow chuckled as he stepped forward with an annoying swagger. His uniform collar was slightly open. "And I am afraid I can not do that, old friend. I always love seeing that pissed look on your face.."
