She struggled slightly, wanting to walk on her own, but Isaac Vaughn held her steadily, refusing to let go.
Previously, everyone slept close together in a narrow cave.
This cave is spacious, with thick stone walls and dry grass on the ground; why chase them outside to freeze?

"You don't mind watching?"
Seraphina Caldwell was even more bewildered.
"Mind what? We've squeezed into smaller caves, and everyone slept in their beast forms. Gideon is a lion, Evan Orwell is a crane, and Kaelan Hawthorne is a fox. They won't do anything... What's wrong with it?"
