The lights in the room were warm.
Gu Yanshen said nothing as he took off his large military uniform coat.
He walked to the trash can in the corner, raising his hand to throw the coat in.
There was a smell on it that shouldn't have been there.
"Don't throw it away."
Lin Wanyi's gentle voice came from behind.
Gu Yanshen paused and turned around.
Lin Wanyi walked over and took the coat from his hand.
She unfolded the coat and carefully patted it.
"It's good material, such a waste to throw it away."
Gu Yanshen looked at her but said nothing.
Yet the pressure around him was still intense.
Lin Wanyi picked up the coat and sniffed it.
Then she looked up at her man.
"It is quite dirty."
She draped the coat over her arm.
"It needs a good wash."
"You should avoid these kinds of events in the future."
Gu Yanshen's voice was deep.
Lin Wanyi laughed.
She stepped forward and gently poked his firm chest with her finger.
"That won't do."
