Chapter 4 - Thundral, Lord of the Celestium

Born of the First Storm

Before stars had names, the Dot exhaled.

From that breath came lightning without light, raw divine force, and from that lightning Thundral took form.

He was not born of a mother or maker. He was the moment the Dot learned to roar.

He learnt about The Supreme Three, The Great One, The Holy Light and The Dot at birth.

When the cosmos first took order, Thundral was chosen as Warden of the Firmament and keeper of the laws that separate heaven from the world below.

__________

Thundral doesn't define by good or bad; he is Order itself.

He believes the universe survives only by obedience to balance.

To him, rebellion is not bravery; it's corruption of design.

He commands:

The Celestium Host: armies of storm-winged sentinels

The Vault of Law: a sky-fortress whose lightning pillars hold the borders between realms also called Golden Citadel after the fall of Dawnfire

The Sky Flame Spear: Divine weapon, and a version of the weapon that shattered Sumal's kingdom.

He can also wield cosmic relics like the Sky Flame Diamond Spear with the help of one of the Supreme Three.

He does not wage war for conquest, but for containment.

________

The Golden Citadel's Main Tower

The Golden Citadel is Thundral's eternal stronghold, a structure forged not from stone, but from solidified lightning and divine breath. Its Main Tower isn't merely an architectural feature; it's the axis of heaven, the point where the sky folds upon itself.

It's where Thundralwatches, judges, and remembers.

"The Golden Citadel stands at the heart of the storm. its main tower gleams like a sun that forgot to set."

The Main Tower serves as:

The Seat of Judgment: where celestial decrees are spoken.

The Beacon of Order: its light keeps reality stable; if it were ever to dim, the skies would collapse.

The Bridge to the Mortal Realm: divine messengers descend from its terrace when the veil thins.

The Eternal Flame: The power that helps the newly born gods to obtain and advance in divine power

At its peak is The Throne of Thunder, where Thundral sits upon a seat carved from pure sound.

__________

The Sky's law

Thundral's creed, carved on the Celestium walls:

"The flame may burn, the stone may rise, but only the sky endures, for it alone remembers where every light belongs."

He sees mortals as brief sparks. He honours their courage, but he fears their ambition. He knows too well that the brightest fire seeks always to rise upward, and that was how the Fall of Sumal began.

__________

Thundral bears an unspoken guilt for the day he destroyed Dawnfire, Sumal's isle. He believes he acted for cosmic order, yet each thunderstorm he creates echoes with remorse.

Rav Angon Egor's birth created the tremor of fear in a god's heart. He knows this child carries not just power, but the question that could shatter law itself.

He sometimes doesn't understand the purpose of the Creator's creation. He doesn't know that even the Creator should follow the rules unknown.

___________

Underworld of the South

Multiple shadow figures sat around a table.

One says, "I would bind fallen one's prophecy and never dare to endanger the prophecy heir"

One says, "Do you want us, the 8 demon pillars, to accept a hybrid as an emperor?"

One says, "We, the Egor 7 commanders, don't recognise the boy as their leader until he proves himself; we neither help nor harm the child."

One says, "As per the 32 tribes under the fallen, 6 support the new Emperor Rav Angon Egor, 13 are idle, and 13 that serve under Suvar Na Angon don't like to be involved and oppose."

One says, "The Demon Patel Swords doesn't accept a leader that is easily eaten by its Patels or Swords", and giggles.
