Facing the savage Western Demon Dragon, Way Big showed no fear at all.
His left arm stretched out horizontally, his right arm raised vertically.
"Cosmic Ray!"
A blue Cosmic Ray burst from Way Big's arms, filled with the violent force of a cosmic storm. Like a surging tidal wave, it slammed straight into the blazing "sun."
The world seemed to change color. Fire surged into the sky, and furious winds howled.
That attack contained all of the Western Demon Dragon's power, meant to kill Way Big in one blow.
But Way Big's strength far exceeded anything the Western Dragon had imagined.
The enormous fireball, hundreds of meters wide, began to break apart under the impact of the Cosmic Ray. Endless sparks scattered through the air like a storm of falling stars.
Way Big roared and pushed even more power into the attack.
In an instant, the blue Cosmic Ray became an unstoppable blade, tearing through the fireball that covered half the sky. Then, without losing momentum, it slammed straight into the Western Dragon.
"Argh!"
The deadly Cosmic Ray battered the Western Dragon's body without mercy.
Its dragon scales, once thought indestructible, began to crack. Fine fractures spread across them like a spiderweb, racing outward in every direction.
Despair and fury filled the Western Dragon's eyes.
It hated this.
It never should have come here today. It had only wanted to hunt down the Thunder Dragon, yet it had ended up like this.
If heaven gave it one more chance, it would turn around and leave without a second thought. It would never have provoked an enemy this terrifying.
But it was too late.
Boom!
Brilliant blue starlight flared across the blood-red sky. The raging cosmic storm roared and swept wildly outward, mercilessly tearing apart everything around it.
A deafening explosion rang out in midair, dyeing the sky blue with the energy of the Cosmic Ray's detonation.
Way Big stood alone on the floating island, towering and unmoving like a mountain. Flecks of blue starlight brushed past his face.
Before long, the light slowly faded.
There was no sign of the Western Dragon left in the sky. It had already been annihilated by the Cosmic Ray, reduced to drifting ash.

"Cuz, let's go! The portal's about to close!" Stinkfly flew over from behind with Gwen on his back.
In the air, the golden ring of light had begun flickering violently, swaying as if it might disappear at any moment.
If they did not leave now, they really would be trapped here.

Suddenly, a dense wave of shrill cries came from not far away.
A huge swarm of gray-white Null Guardians flapped their bat-like wings, their tail tendrils whipping wildly as they rushed toward them.
Without the Western Dragon's presence to keep them in check, the Null Guardians had come back to capture them again.
In an instant, the swarm was already upon them.
Stinkfly scrambled to block the Null Guardians' attacks. He had to dodge their fangs while also protecting Gwen on his back.

Two Null Guardians clawed at the Omnitrix on Stinkfly's face, scratching at it several times in a row.
Faint blue currents immediately flickered across the Omnitrix casing...
Way Big struck and knocked the Null Guardians back, then grabbed Stinkfly and hurled him into the space portal.

An endless stream of Null Guardians surged toward Way Big like a raging tide.
Way Big clenched his fists and spun in place, unleashing his giant strength and blasting every Null Guardian away.
Then he leaped into the air and jumped into the space portal.
The moment Way Big went through, the portal closed and vanished without a trace.
And just like that, the group returned to the real world.
Leaving only Vilgax and Kevin behind in the Null Void, barely clinging to life as they desperately fled from the relentless pursuit of its savage beasts...
