With Heatblast's limbs and Ripjaws' torso, plus those sharp fangs and vicious-looking jaws, the creature looked downright ridiculous.
The moment he transformed, Heatjaws was hit with an unbearable thirst.
"Oh man... this is definitely not the best combination." Heatjaws lowered his eyes.
One was water-attributed, the other fire-attributed. Fused together, they fed and restrained each other at the same time.

The Firebat spat out a stream of fire, colliding head-on with the water dragon, but it was crushed instantly.
The icy magical water engulfed the Firebat like a tidal wave, blasting it away and smashing it into a muddy swamp.
But the Firebat quickly climbed back out, its blazing flames reigniting as it charged forward again with fierce momentum.

A savage grizzly bear bared its terrifying fangs, grinding them together like some monstrous cutting machine and letting out a shrill gnashing sound.
Faced with such a fearsome Razorbear, Heatjaws showed no fear at all.
He opened his gray-white eyes, raised a palm, and released a weak burst of flame at the Razorbear.
Unfortunately, Ripjaws' genes had weakened Heatblast's firepower.
The flame struck the Razorbear's broad chest, only throwing off a few sparks before dissipating into the air.

The four massive mutated beasts joined forces and charged forward with terrifying momentum.
The Upgrade Buffalo fired laser blasts like a machine gun, and their power was nothing to scoff at.
The Ghostwolf's head split open, firing out black-and-white tentacles. A thick purple beam, like a demonic pillar from hell, came crashing down.
The Diamondgator slammed a hand against the ground.
A massive fang burst from the earth, reflecting a cold emerald gleam that sent chills down the spine.
The Diamondgator struck with one palm, and that terrifying crystal fang shot forward in an instant.
The Four-Armed Gorilla roared furiously, beat its chest, stamped its feet, and charged straight at Heatstar with murderous intent.
"Come on. Saves me the trouble. I can wipe all of you out in one go."
Heatstar grinned and put on the X-mask.
The next second, Heatstar turned into a streak of crimson fire and began spinning in place.
Whoosh~
A violent hurricane mixed with blazing flames surged upward at incredible speed, instantly becoming a terrifying fire tornado, with waves of flame rolling and boiling hot air blasting outward.
The savage fire tornado had astonishing suction. Under Heatstar's control, it swept all four giant beasts into its vortex, spinning them through fire and heat.
"No!" Dr. Animo shouted, clutching his head, his eyes wide.
Very soon, the fire tornado began to die down.
All four monstrous beasts were left covered in injuries, their bodies lined with cuts from wind blades and burns from the flames, sprawled helplessly across the ground.

Dr. Animo chuckled. "Your grandfather can't change back. He was hit by my mutation ray. No one can save him!"
"How can this..." Gwen's face went pale.
"Let me handle this."
In a flash, Heatstar appeared behind Dr. Animo.
Dr. Animo panicked and raised both mechanical arms, ready to fire his lasers.
Bang!
Heatstar swiped with one claw and sent Dr. Animo flying instantly. He tumbled through the air like a kite with a snapped string before crashing messily into the pool.
Right after that, Heatstar pulled the Omnitrix casing out of the telescope, reversed the lens, and injected energy into it again.
"This is a total long shot, but I have to try!"
Heatstar took control of the telescope transmitter, aimed it at the giant fat worm below, and then fired a dark green beam of light...
