The Bermuda Triangle, deep beneath the sea.
In the dark and eerie depths of the ocean, the wreckage of countless ships and aircraft lay scattered across the seafloor. After years submerged in seawater, they had corroded into twisted ruins, riddled with holes and barely recognizable.
Thick tangles of seaweed sprawled through the wreckage, swaying wildly like demonic serpents from the underworld, an unsettling sight that sent chills down the spine.
A crimson sea serpent slipped through a jagged opening in the wreckage and vanished into the tangled seaweed, whether fleeing or lying in wait for prey was impossible to tell.
Suddenly, a massive submarine arrived, its glaring lights cutting through the darkness.
Through the reinforced viewing window, Lucian clearly saw the scene outside.
Beyond the endless steel wreckage, numerous deep-sea creatures drifted nearby.
Lanternfish, sea snakes, glowing jellyfish, and many other strange species swam through the water in dazzling variety.
"Wow! There are so many fish here! Some of them I've never even seen in books!" Gwen's eyes sparkled as she eagerly studied the deep-sea creatures.
Ben, meanwhile, stared with drool practically forming at the corner of his mouth, imagining how delicious it would be if he could catch a few and bring them back...
Eddie piloted the Undersea Manta Ray, staring straight ahead as he too was stunned by the breathtaking sight.
"I've never been here before. I didn't expect the scenery here to be even more amazing than I imagined!" Eddie said with a sigh of amazement.
"You've never been here before?" Lucian raised an eyebrow. "Your grandfather wouldn't allow it?"
Eddie paused, hesitated for a moment, then finally told the truth.
Back when the Underwater Resort Center had just been completed, Eddie had wanted to come here to explore. But Donovan refused outright and even scolded him harshly.
It was as if he feared something lurking in the deep sea...
Ever since he was young, Eddie had lived beneath his grandfather's shadow. What he ate, what he wore—everything had to be arranged by his grandfather, and he was not allowed the slightest disobedience.
The brown shirt and white pants Eddie wore now were the perfect example.
Donovan liked dressing that way himself and assumed his grandson liked it too—or perhaps he simply didn't care about Eddie's opinion at all.
He constantly forced his own ideas onto him, convinced he was always right, never once considering how Eddie felt.
After hearing Eddie's story, everyone exchanged glances and sighed helplessly before offering him words of comfort.
Ben and Gwen had never experienced such troubles.
Their grandfather always respected their choices. Even if they made mistakes, that was okay. Of course, when it came to important matters, Grandpa would still give them sound advice.
He never tried to control them completely, because doing so would only restrict their growth.
The whale-like submarine drifted forward, its two bright headlights glowing like flames in the endless darkness.
Not far away, the shattered hull of a massive ship loomed in the distance, riddled with enormous breaches. From within those openings, eerie green glimmers suddenly flickered.
Startled by the submarine's lights, the green glints immediately darted into the dense seaweed, silently trailing along beneath the submarine, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Inside the submarine, no one noticed the danger approaching.
Leaning by the window, Lucian suddenly caught a glimpse of a streak of green light from the corner of his eye.
"What was that?"
Lucian instantly became alert and stared outside the window.
In the pitch-black water, a green shape drew closer and closer until it suddenly latched onto the submarine's viewing window.
Lucian focused his gaze, his eyes narrowing.
It was... a Tentacle Trooper!
Its head glowed with an eerie green light. Eight tough metal tentacles whipped through the water like lethal lashes, and each time they slammed against the reinforced window, the submarine shuddered violently.
At the base of the tentacles was a sharp, bird-like beak—razor-edged and deadly—which repeatedly slammed against the window with loud thuds.
"Ah! What is that thing?!" Eddie cried out in terror, his face turning pale.
Gwen's face also drained of color as she pointed toward another window.
"Th-there… there are a lot more over there!"
Following the direction of her finger, Lucian looked over—and his pupils shrank sharply.
In the dark seawater, countless mechanical creatures surged forward like a raging storm, densely packed as they rushed toward the submarine.
Besides the Tentacle Troopers, there were other terrifying alien creatures.
Massive mechanical manta rays drifted through the water like giant bats, their long razor-sharp tails easily piercing through solid rock.
There were also mechanical sharks and mechanical lanternfish, all mixed together with the savage Tentacle Troopers as they charged toward the submarine, determined to destroy this uninvited intruder.
Facing such a terrifying swarm, Eddie had already lost his composure. He frantically mashed buttons on the console, trying to accelerate and escape the monsters.
But the submarine was far slower than the mechanical creatures.
They would catch up soon.
"What do I do?! What do I do?! I don't want to die!" Eddie cried as he clutched his head.
In that moment, he suddenly remembered his grandfather.
Only now did he finally understand why his grandfather had forbidden him from coming here.
"The hero is about to make his entrance..."
Ben quietly stepped into a corner and pressed the Omnitrix, beginning to cycle through aliens.
Lucian pressed the Omnitrix Calibration Edition. A faint green holographic projection popped up as he also began selecting an alien.
Outside the submarine, hundreds of mechanical creatures had already surrounded them. Ben alone wouldn't be able to deal with them all.
Not only were there Tentacle Troopers, but also mechanical manta rays, mechanical sea snakes, and other savage creatures.
More importantly, within the swarm of monsters, Lucian faintly spotted a gigantic shadow—something as massive as a mountain—surrounded by numerous Tentacle Troopers.
By rough estimate, it was at least a hundred meters tall.
"Cthulhu? No... impossible. This is the world of Ben 10. How could a Cthulhu deity appear here?" Lucian muttered, shaking his head.
"Could it be Vilgax in his aquatic form? Or... Dagang?" Lucian's expression grew increasingly serious.
A Cthulhu god was impossible. After all, this world didn't contain any [deities].
If it were Vilgax in his aquatic form, that would still be manageable. With Lucian's current strength, even if he couldn't defeat him, escaping unharmed wouldn't be difficult.
After all, Vilgax's aquatic form was essentially just a giant octopus—physically powerful and incredibly destructive, but lacking any magical power.
But if it were Dagang, things would be completely different.
That was a legendary Evil God.
Not only was its body unbelievably powerful, it also possessed overwhelming magical abilities. Even Ultimate Way Big couldn't defeat it.
Its strength was truly terrifying.
If it really was Dagang, then no one here today would survive...
"Forget it. Deal with the octopus on the submarine first!"
Lucian slammed the Omnitrix, releasing a burst of dazzling light.
Ghostfreak spread its wings and instantly entered its intangible state, phasing through the metal wall and emerging into the seawater.
In its intangible form, it feared no physical attacks—not even the crushing pressure of the deep sea.
A massive mechanical shark suddenly lunged forward, its triangular jaws opening wide, rows of jagged fangs gleaming as it bit down fiercely...
