The newly arrived guests from both civilizations stood before Leo. They observed him closely, as if waiting to see which of them he would acknowledge first.
Leo stepped forward, maintaining a calm heart rate.
The two ancient guests watched his every move.
"I have heard so much about the Great War. Unfortunately, I was too young to take part in it." The silver haired man cracked his knuckles. "I thought I would never get an opportunity to face someone from Necropolis. Who knew the opportunity would come so soon?"
His gem-studded gauntlet began to shine as Leo got closer.
"The stench of the undead is still as disgusting as ever. Why has an envoy of the dead stepped into the land of the living again?" The Seraph asked, her eyes trying to see through Leo's robes, only to fail.
"Kids these days..." Leo mumbled, not paying attention to either of them. He stopped between the two guests but didn't look at them.
