"Young Master, what are we doing here?" Gracie asked fearfully, her voice trembling as she tightly clenched Oliver's hand, refusing to move another step forward. Her feet felt rooted to the ground. Her eyes kept darting around nervously, and her mind couldn't stop replaying what had happened here just a few hours ago….the terror, the violation, the helplessness.
Oliver smiled warmly and patted her head with gentle reassurance. "Calm down. You're not going alone. Can't you see those strong men and women?"
He forcefully but playfully turned her face backward with both hands, making her look behind them. Her eyes widened as she took in the sight: dozens of city guards stood in perfect formation, their armor gleaming in the light. Queen's guards with their distinctive uniforms stood at attention. Other troops lined up in organized rows, all waiting for orders. The show of force was overwhelming.
"Young Master, what are you...?" Gracie realized what was happening, and her eyes slowly grew wider with understanding. Hope flickered in her chest.
"HEHEHE! GO AND CAPTURE EVERY SINGLE PERSON INSIDE WHO THINKS THEY OWN THIS CITY JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOME PENNIES! KEKEKE!" Oliver smiled evilly, his expression transforming into a dark dirty look ready to slaughter anyone who dares to stop him.
At his command, the troops moved swiftly like a well-oiled machine, rushing through the gates and flooding into Grankell House. Within moments, the mansion erupted into chaos. Screams echoed from inside….not of innocent victims this time, but of guilty men finally facing justice.
Oliver walked slowly down the middle of the courtyard path, his boots clicking against the stone with confident steps. He reached the main door and entered without hesitation, his eyes burning with fury. His hand gripped Gracie's tightly, not hurting her, but she could feel the intensity of his anger radiating through his touch like heat from a fire. She understood his rage was not directed at her, so she silently followed him, her heart pounding with a mixture of fear and strange satisfaction.
.
Inside one of the lavish rooms, several men sat around laughing cruelly as they stuffed their faces with food. Half naked maids served them, their dead eyes just stared at nothingness, bruises covered body was speaking more about them then their words ever did.
"Haha! Did you see her face? She was so desperate! Kekeke, these bitches are so stupid!" one man guffawed, slapping his knee.
"Yes! I touched her ass, it was so erotic that I CUM in my pants! Hahaha!" another added, his face flushed with alcohol and shameless pride.
"Hey, hey! That little one was also good, but sadly we didn't have enough time to really play with her," a third man chimed in, gesturing lewdly with his hands.
"Right, right! Next time we'll…"
BOOM!
The door exploded inward, kicked open with tremendous force. The wood splintered and crashed against the wall.
A handsome man walked inside with his hands casually tucked in his pockets, a striking smile on his face….but it wasn't a friendly smile. It was the smile of a predator who'd just cornered his prey. A crazy, dangerous smile that didn't reach his cold eyes.
Behind him, a maid peeked nervously into the room. Gracie's body immediately began to shiver when she saw the boys inside, recognizing their faces. Memories of their hands on her body made bile rise in her throat.
"Hey, look who came back!" The leader of the group, a man wearing an expensive white shirt, stood up arrogantly. He wiped his greasy hands casually on the naked breasts of a nearby maid, using her body like a napkin without a second thought. Then he swaggered closer to Oliver with false bravado. "We were just thinking about you! Kekeke! Why did you come back? Did you miss us?"
The white shirt man didn't even glance at Oliver. His eyes were fixated entirely on the woman standing behind him….Gracie. His gaze was filled with contempt, possessiveness, burning with barely contained lust.
The white shirt man went passed by Oliver and he reached his hand out to grab Gracie's arm, his fingers outstretched…
"OYE YOU BASTARD WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING?"
HUH?
BBBBOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!
KKKAAAAAAKKKKK!!!!!!!
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER!!" Oliver's roar was primal, terrifying everyone in this room. He suddenly moved and punched his face so hard that he flew forward going past Gracie and tumbling down on the ground
TAKK! CRACKKK!!
"AAAAHHH!!"
Before the man could even process the first injury, Oliver ran forward then grabbed his leg and broke it with a snap
The leader collapsed to the ground, screaming in agony. He looked up at Oliver's face…..truly looked at him for the first time…..and saw something that made his blood run cold. This wasn't just anger. This was fury incarnate.
"YOU! YOU! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" the white shirt man shrieked, his voice cracking with pain and fear. "DO YOU KNOW WHOSE HOUSE THIS IS?! YOU'LL DIE A ROTTEN DEATH! YOU BAS—"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Oliver grabbed his collar with both fists and started raining punches down on his face with relentless, savage intensity. Each impact made a sickening wet sound as fist met flesh and bone.
"DON'T TOUCH! DON'T SPEAK! DON'T SEE!!!" Oliver punctuated each word with another devastating blow.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Blood splattered across the floor. The man's face swelled and distorted under the assault. His nose shattered. His teeth cracked. But Oliver didn't stop. He hit him again and again and again, each punch carrying all his rage, all his protective fury, all his hatred for what these men had done to his Gracie.
BOOMMM KKAAC STO..TAKKK! AAAAA!!! AAGHH!!! BBOOMMMMM!!!
After beating him for quite a while finally, Oliver stood up, breathing hard. He looked down at the unconscious, broken man at his feet, then slowly turned his gaze toward the other boys in the room.
They were scared shitless, pressed back against the walls, their earlier bravado completely evaporated. Their faces had gone pale, eyes wide with terror. But there was only one exit…..and Oliver stood between them and their freedom.
"AAH! NO! DON'T COME CLOSER!!!" one of them screamed desperately.
Oliver ran forward with terrifying speed. He grabbed one boy by the throat and dragged him to the table. With his free hand, he snatched up a plate piled high with food. Then he pried the boy's mouth open with brutal force and shoved the plate vertically into his mouth, force-feeding him everything on it at once. Food crammed down his throat, blocking his airway.
"AAGGG! UUUGG! AAKKK!" The boy choked and gagged violently, his face turning purple.
COUGH! COUGH! COUGH!
The boy grabbed his own neck desperately, trying to breathe, trying to clear his throat. Before he could recover, Oliver raised his knee and bend the man body....
BAAAMMM!
Drove it into the boy's face with bone-crushing force. The impact snapped his head back violently.
"DON'T LOOK AT HER!" Oliver snarled.
He immediately grabbed another boy who was trying to crawl away. Oliver snatched a knife from the table, the blade glinting wickedly in the light.
STAB! STAB! STAB!
"AAHH! NOOO! PLEASEEE! NOO! AAA! IT HURTS! AAAA!!!" The boy was screaming so hard that it tore his neck muscles from inside.
Oliver stabbed through both of the boy's hands repeatedly, pinning them to the table. Blood pooled around the puncture wounds, dripping down to the floor. Then Oliver pressed both wounded hands together and placed the knife between them vertically, sandwiching it there like a bloody bookmark.
"DON'T TOUCH HER!!" He roared the words directly into the boy's face, his voice raw with fury.
Oliver grabbed another man who was trying to hide under the table. He wrenched the man's mouth open with his fingers, reached inside, and grabbed his tongue….. He pulled it out forcefully, stretching it as the man gagged and choked.
Oliver called out to a naked maid who had already covered herself with a discarded cloth. "Bring me some hot water!"
The maid's face transformed. Joy and vindication blazed in her eyes. Tears of happiness began falling as she nodded enthusiastically. "Yes! Right away!" She ran at full speed, passing Gracie and the guards stationed outside the room, her bare feet slapping against the floor.
.
"Young Master, you're so cool," Gracie said, completely mesmerized at the scene she was witnessing right now…. She stared at Oliver's back with admiration shining in her eyes. Then she looked down at miserable white cloth man, right now Gracie was just looking at him in the same way he was looking at her…..Like a annoying insect that is destined to be played by her hands…. "Umm, your hands and legs are already broken... what should we do with you?" She tapped her chin thoughtfully, then her face brightened. "Ah, yes! Your friend had a fun idea for torture!"
She turned to the guards with a sweet smile that contrasted disturbingly with her words. "Sir guard, can you tie him upside down and bring a bucket of water, please?"
"Yes, Miss Gracie!" The guards saluted crisply and immediately got to work.
"Moo! What do you mean 'Miss Gracie'? You can just call me a maid, you know," Gracie spoke softly, a slight blush coloring her cheeks.
"But Young Master Oliver already informed us to call you like this!" one of the guards answered while efficiently tying rope around the white shirt man ankles. "He was very clear about your status."
PUFF!
Gracie's face turned bright red. She spun around and stared at Oliver's back again, her heart doing strange flips in her chest. "Geez, you're too much, Young Master!" she said shyly as she kept looking at him for a long moment, unable to look away, until the hot water and bucket of normal water arrived together.
The guards positioned the bucket directly below the leader's upside-down face.
"NO! NO! NO! PLEASE, I BEG YOU! NO! I'M SORRY! NO! NO! NOOOO!!" The man's screams were pleading for help, to let him go….But Gracie just smiled sweetly and nodded toward the guard.
The guard slowly lowered him down. At the same time, the maid near Oliver, the one he'd called earlier, poured the extremely hot water directly into the boy's mouth.
"AAAAAAA! AGHHHHHHH! AAAAAA! GGGUURRRR! GUUURRR! OOOOOOGGGG!!"
Two different yet equally painful voices echoed through the room…..one drowning and one burning... The sounds of suffering filled every corner of the room.
Gracie didn't even bother looking at the drowning man. She simply signalled the guards at regular intervals to pull him up for air, then plunge him back down. Up and down. Up and down. A steady, methodical torture.
Oliver watched the other boy's mouth burn and blister from the scalding water. "DON'T YOU DARE LICK HER!!" he shouted at the gurgling, suffering form.
Then his eyes found the last shivering boy cowering in the corner, trying to make himself invisible. Oliver looked beside him and saw several maids huddled together, covered in various blankets, cloths, and sheets they'd grabbed to hide their nakedness. Their eyes burned with hatred and trauma as they stared at their tormentor.
Oliver spoke clearly, his voice carrying across the room. "He's all yours."
After speaking, he turned and didn't look back. He walked toward Gracie with a handsome smile, leaving the women to their justice.
He came close to her, and his expression softened completely. All the violence and fury drained away, replaced by tenderness and remorse. He took both her hands in his and looked directly into her eyes.
"I'm really sorry I put you through all this," he said with heavy emotion thick in his voice. "But I promise you... No one can touch you in the future. No one will make you scared ever again. I will make sure you laugh every single day, just like you have since childhood."
Oliver held her hand delicately and raised it to his lips. He kissed her knuckles softly. His other hand came up to cup her cheek, his thumb brushing away a tear she didn't know had fallen.
"KYAAAA!!" Gracie's face flushed bright red. She nodded heavily, unable to form words. Her mind was jumping with happiness, her heart racing so fast she thought it might burst from her chest.
Oliver smiled handsomely at her reaction. Then he looked back at the boy still struggling underwater and signalled for the guard to raise him up.
"AGHHH! HUUGG! HUFF! HUFF! AAA!" The boy gasped desperately for air, coughing and sputtering all the water that had made his way to his inside.
Oliver walked closer, looking down at him with cold contempt. "Listen up, you twerp. This is the new CITY OF EIRS now. Your father is the same as everyone else….no special privileges, no protection. Remember this: you will not die, but you will pay for your crimes tenfold."
Oliver nodded at the guards, gave Gracie one more warm look, and then walked deeper into the mansion.
.
In one of the darkest rooms at the back of the house, soft murmurs filled the air.
"Please, God, please, God, save us... save our sister... let us get out of this hell... we can't go on... please... please... God..."
A naked pregnant woman lay on a dirty bed, her eyes barely open, lips moving in constant prayer. Her hands rested protectively over her swollen belly. Hopelessness radiated from every inch of her broken form.
Suddenly, soft light hit her eyes.
CREEAK!
The door opened slowly, and a figure stepped inside.
"Huh?" The pregnant woman's first reaction was fear. She instinctively held her belly tighter, curling around it protectively. But then she realized it was a woman's figure, not a man's.
"Who are..."
"Miss, are you okay?!" A worried voice cut through her panic.
"Huh? This voice?" Something about it was familiar. The pregnant woman suddenly opened her eyes fully and saw Gracie standing there, concern written all over her face.
"You! You! Why did you come back?!" The pregnant woman's panic returned in full force. "Go! Run away! Can't you see this place is hell?! Run away! Go! Go!" She tried to sit up, gesturing frantically toward the door.
"Miss, it's okay! Calm down! I'm okay!" Gracie rushed forward and knelt beside the bed. "I came to get you! Let's go outside….you're free!"
Gracie cupped the woman's face gently with both hands and spoke loudly and clearly, making sure every word sank in.
"Huh? What do you mean... free?" The pregnant woman looked at her in complete confusion. The word didn't make sense. It felt foreign, impossible to get in her life.
"YES! YOU'RE FREE! YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE YOU WANT! LIVE A LIFE OF YOUR DESIRE! NO NEED TO LIVE HERE IN A CAGE ANYMORE….YOU'RE FREE TO SOAR THE CLOUDS! COME, LET'S GO!"
Gracie's words echoed in the woman's mind like a bell. She still couldn't understand what was happening. It felt like a dream, or maybe she'd finally lost her mind completely.
Gracie swiftly grabbed a clean dress from a closet and helped the woman put it on with gentle hands. Then she guided her outside, supporting her weak, trembling body.
Oliver nodded at Gracie approvingly as she emerged. He signalled to the guards, and slowly, one by one, women began emerging from the big mansion.
Some were completely naked, having been kept that way for so long they'd forgotten what clothes felt like. Everyone helped them wear clothes and made them presentable then led them toward the front door.
CREEAAKKK
AGHH!!
Suddenly hot sun rays hit their tired faces.
Their bare feet touched the hot ground for the first time in months….some in years.
They saw injured men and boys kneeling in a long line in the courtyard, their heads bowed in submission and many of them were whimpering in pain. Guards stood over them with weapons drawn, ready to attack them if they even move a little.
Many wounded, broken women slowly came out of the house, squinting as their eyes adjusted to the harsh sunlight. For the first time, they walked forward of their own free will. No one was dragging them. No one was forcing them. They moved because they chose to.
The pregnant woman at the front walked slowly, her mind gradually catching up to reality. She looked at Gracie with tearful eyes, her voice breaking. "You... what have you done?"
They reached the main gate…..the gate she had dreamed of escaping through countless times, which was always blocked, always locked for women like her. Now it stood in front of her without any blockage.
HEHHE
Gracie laughed beautifully, and it seemed like all the light of the surrounding area concentrated on her radiant face. She pushed the gate open wide with both hands and shouted happily while jumping up and down.
"THIS IS THE NEW CITY OF EIRS!!!! WELCOME ABOARD! HEHEHE!"
She laughed with pure joy as she ran outside into freedom. She started dancing and jumping around on the street like a child released from school.
Seeing her unbridled happiness, some of the women who were fit enough also started crying and laughing at the same time… their loud, cathartic sounds of relief and disbelief filled the streets. They began jumping and running around too, feeling grass beneath their feet, feeling wind on their skin, feeling alive for the first time in forever.
The pregnant woman stopped at the threshold. She touched her belly gently and breathed in the outside air with a deep full breath.
MMMMFFFFFF PPPPPHHEEWWWWWWWW
It tasted different. It tasted like hope.
"This is not a dream," she whispered to herself, tears streaming down her face. "God, thank you... and thank you Queen, for saving us! For pulling us out from hell!"
She started crying hard, her whole body shaking with sobs, but they were good tears this time. Healing tears that told her that their time in Hell is now over….
Slowly, the women were helped into waiting carriages. Guards treated them with respect and gentleness, covering them with blankets, offering water. The carriages flew away one by one, carrying them to new lives.
.
In front of the carriage array, Oliver flew swiftly on his board, feeling the wind rushing through his hair. The sensation was exhilarating as he felt his heart was also gotten free from all the doubts and judgements he had for himself…. He glanced beside him where Gracie flew on her own board, her hair streaming behind her.
"Uff! My handsomeness made every woman cry back there!" Oliver said with exaggerated pride, laughing at his own joke.
"Hehe, then that means they didn't like you!" Gracie poked her tongue out cutely, teasing him right back.
"Is that so?" Oliver grinned mischievously.
"KYAA!" He playfully poked her arm while flying, making her board wobble.
"Young Master! Don't play around! What if I fall?!" Gracie pouted in mock anger, trying to look stern but failing because she was smiling too hard.
"Hehe, then of course I'll catch you!"
THUMP!
Oliver hit her board deliberately, sending it spinning out of control.
"KYAAAA!!!" Gracie's eyes went wide in shock that he actually did it. She fell off her board, tumbling through the air, cursing at him the whole way down.
Oliver smiled warmly and immediately dove after her, his board cutting through the air like a knife.
If someone looked from the front at that exact moment, they would see an incredible sight: between two massive rock formations, two tiny figures moved swiftly downward. A woman fell with a beautiful smile on her face, reaching her arms out gracefully like a fallen angel bathed in late afternoon sunlight. A man dove after her, reaching out with desperate determination, his eyes never leaving hers. Their gazes locked together, speaking volumes without words.
WHOOSSH! THUUM!
Oliver caught her in a perfect princess carry, one arm under her knees, the other supporting her back. He straightened his board with expert control, and they glided smoothly through the soft wind toward the Queen's palace. The sun painted everything in warm golden light.
He looked down at Gracie's flushed red face. She was breathing hard, partly from the fall, partly from being held so close to him. Her eyes shimmered with emotion.
"Thank you for accepting me the way I am," Oliver said quietly with a serious face. "Thank you for loving me. Thank you for waiting for me. I hope I can do the same for you, Gracie."
He leaned down and kissed her forehead tenderly. The warm soft kiss lingered at her skin for quite a while, as she felt the weight of the promise in it.
Gracie nodded, unable to speak past the lump in her throat. She snuggled deeper into his arms, trying to melt into him, wishing she could stay in this moment forever. Her hand reached up and touched his cheekbone gently, tracing the line of his jaw with her fingertips.
No one said anything after that. Only their eyes spoke, having entire conversations in glances and soft looks. They slowly glided through the sky toward the Queen's palace, wrapped in each other embrace in the golden light of late afternoon…. leaving behind a house of horrors and carrying forward nothing but hope for the future.
The sun continued its descent, painting the sky in shades of pink and gold, bearing witness to their moment of perfect understanding and their eternal LOVE!
