Lucas frowned and looked at her, "Weren't they getting along well? Back when President Sutton left home, they were really happy together. I even heard that your sister-in-law argued with Mrs. Ellison for President Sutton's sake. But, of course, I only heard this, so I don't know the specifics. Anyway, it was before the shareholders' meeting."
With Lucas saying this, Stella's heart grew even heavier.
"What are we going to do if this continues? Won't my mom be even angrier?"
