It's not that she forgot, but after starting work, she just didn't have the spare money. The expenses at home were substantial, and with her grandmother's illness, she often sent money back home. She paused for a moment before saying, "Thank you."
"So, are there other diaries you can lend me to read?"
Stellan Sutton asked again.
