Eve Sherman had learned a bit before, and the steps were relatively simple. She just needed to follow the man's lead, which was easy.
Yet dancing openly with Stellan Sutton made her feel some pressure.
"Do you know how to dance?"
Stellan Sutton placed her hands on his chest, then wrapped his large hand around Eve Sherman's waist, guiding her movements slowly along with the music.
"Even if I don't, you've already pulled me down here."
Eve Sherman awkwardly hung her head, avoiding the gazes of those around.
And Autumn Ellison had the kind of look that seemed like she wanted to delay her with her eyes.
It made her skin crawl.

Thinking about it, Eve Sherman felt restless and speechless.
"What's wrong, are you unhappy?"
Stellan Sutton saw her brow furrowed and asked in a low voice.
"No."
Eve Sherman looked up, meeting his eyes, "I'm just thinking about some things."
"About what, the future?"
