"I'll go get you something to eat, just lie here and wait for me."
Stellan Sutton didn't wait for Eve Sherman's reply, paused for a moment, then got up to prepare to leave.
"If you're angry, just tell me straight away. Don't stay silent like this."
Eve Sherman suddenly grabbed his wrist and said softly.
"I prefer to solve problems when they arise, rather than keeping silence between us."
Stellan Sutton stopped in his tracks and looked back at her.
It seemed that he shouldn't bring up such topics again in the future; it's better to let things flow naturally.
Otherwise, Eve Sherman would overthink things, which would put too much pressure on her and be meaningless.
"Don't overthink, I'm not angry."
Stellan Sutton gave her a small smile and then gently patted her hand.
"I'm getting a bit hungry too, I'll grab something to eat."
Only then did Eve Sherman nod, "Alright, go ahead."
Before long, Stellan Sutton brought up a pile of food and placed it by the bed.
