"I don't consider myself to hold much importance."
She sighed softly, speaking in a low voice.
"Perhaps there are many things you're unaware of."
Stellan Sutton didn't say much more, as they saw the alley entrance just ahead, and Eve Sherman also silently breathed a sigh of relief.
The road tonight had indeed been very long.
"Where are you staying?"
Eve Sherman looked around for a while before spotting her hotel's location.
"Over there."
"Alright."
Stellan Sutton seemed unwilling to depart and continued to stay by Eve Sherman's side, "I'll walk you over."
"No need, President Sutton, things are much safer here, there shouldn't be any trouble now. Please go and attend to your matters."
Eve Sherman felt immense pressure walking with him, as tension surrounded her, so she spoke to Stellan Sutton again, "President Sutton, I'm really okay now. Thank you for your help, you saved me once again."
"The reason I came here is because of you."
