About twenty minutes later, he brought Gigi Thorne to a Japanese restaurant.
Gigi started marveling again, "I've always wanted to try this place. I heard it's super tasty, but for a regular working girl like me, it's really way out of my budget."
She sounded so pitiful. Finn Sterling just smiled, "Then you should really try it out today."
"Thank you, President Sterling."
Gigi was as happy as a little kid.
Finn stared at her straight on, leisurely following behind her.
While eating, Gigi spared no effort in her praise—keeping on complimenting the food, saying the chef was amazing, and how generous and kind Finn was.
It took her a while to realize Finn hadn't really picked up his chopsticks, so she put hers down a little embarrassed, "Mr. Sterling, aren't you eating?"
"I'm not really hungry. I don't like sashimi that much either."
Gigi set down her chopsticks awkwardly, "Did I put you off?"
"Not really. I was just thinking about another woman."
Finn said it casually.
