"When I returned to the company this morning, you'd already left for something urgent. I happened to be here to chat with Stellan, so I thought I'd check how your meeting went today?"

Eve Sherman interrupted Gigi Thorne directly, "I need to say a few words to President Sterling."
Gigi Thorne uttered an "Oh," glanced at Eve Sherman, then at Finn Sterling, feeling somewhat unwilling as she entered the elevator.
"Miss Sherman actually has something to say to me; what is it?"
Finn Sterling asked with a smile.
"I don't think it's appropriate for you to get so close to my assistant when we haven't finalized our cooperation yet."
