Eve Sherman finished handling the hospitalization matters for her grandmother, and the sky was already dark.
Her adoptive mother, Cecilia Morgan, had also rushed back from out of town to take care of things.
Skye Sherman called Eve Sherman outside the ward and said earnestly, "Grandmother has been saying for days that she wants to see her grandson-in-law in person, she just thought it might become a permanent regret. What are you planning to do?"
Seeing Eve Sherman's expression wasn't good, Skye Sherman added, "It's not an unreasonable request, right? You've been married for two years, isn't it a bit out of line not to let the family have a look?"
Eve Sherman certainly understood that it was out of line.
But now that the other party is clamoring for a divorce, where could she find a husband?
