She went to find workers to custom-make doors with glass windows.
Doors made entirely of glass cannot be made with the current technology.

However, they can make doors with larger glass windows, divided into two sections, top and bottom. This way, people outside can see the inside of the store, know that someone is inside, and come in to shop without affecting the store's business.
