'Still got plenty of chips left. It'd be a waste if I didn't convert dead money into real power.'
Ren thought for a moment, then decided to keep going.
Invisibility Potion, Mana Crystals, Health Potions, Dragon's Breath Enchantments—
Money poured out like water, until his remaining balance sat at a neat one hundred million Beli.
Forty-five million went into purchasing 13 Mana Crystals, 10 Health Potions, for a total of 27 bottles, 12 Invisibility Potions, Dragon's Breath: Infinite, and a pile of miscellaneous filler junk.
Once the Blessing of the Goddess of Luck refreshed, Ren decided to go all in with a Silver Roulette spin.
He flicked his Lucky Lighter, lighting a cigarette as the Blessing of Luck activated.
Seventy million Beli vanished.
Seven spins, seven flashes of rainbow light.
{Drawn – Four-Dimensional Chrysanthemum}
{Drawn – Senzu Bean}
{Drawn – Thunderstorm}
{Drawn – Soul-Shattering Horn}
{Drawn – Killing Intent}
{Drawn – Flying Finger Gun}
{Drawn – Vitality Pills x5}
A slender white porcelain bottle appeared in Ren's hand, labeled with three bold characters — Vitality Pill.
A light curtain appeared, cascading lines of data like a waterfall.
[Vitality Pill]
Origin: Martial Arts Dimension
Type: High-Energy Supplement
Effect: Crafted from hundreds of century-old medicinal herbs, each pill contains immense restorative power. Commonly used alongside cultivation techniques. Not recommended for ordinary people—may cause one to literally burst from within.
Consumption Cost: None
"Huh?"
It was Ren's first time seeing this type of item. Judging from the quantity, it didn't seem especially rare.
Considering the Silver Roulette cost ten million a spin, this was likely a sign that his luck had started to run dry.
He put the porcelain bottle away and examined a small, plain-looking yellow bean.
[Senzu Bean]
Origin: Dragon Ball
Type: Rule Item
Effect: Regardless of any injury or condition, consuming a Senzu Bean restores the body to 100% condition—though it cannot cure diseases like heart failure.
Consumption Cost: None
A Senzu Bean!
An item of immense strategic value in the Dragon Ball world—one bean meant instant full recovery.
Even for someone like Ren, who could regenerate through breathing, a medicine that could instantly restore full battle capacity was extremely valuable.
He carefully sealed the Senzu Bean in a transparent vial and tucked it safely into Chester's mouth.
Next came a horn-shaped object.
[Soul-Shattering Horn]
Origin:Tom and Jerry
Type: Rule Item
Effect: Emits a soundwave attack that affects all within range, friend or foe alike. At very close distances, it can literally "shake out" one's Three Souls and Seven Spirits—or even their very life—rendering them temporarily incapacitated.
Consumption Cost: None
A rather peculiar description—especially the part about it coming from the Tom and Jerry dimension.
Ren quickly recalled how that horn behaved in the cartoon—one blast could make Tom split into several copies of himself.
That did fit the phrase "shaking out one's souls," or perhaps, "a cat's nine lives."
Then,Ren picked up the Soul-Shattering Horn, holding the funnel-like opening toward himself, a bizarre idea flashing through his mind.
"What if I blew this at myself… would I split into multiple versions?"
Of course—that wasn't the main point. The real question was whether his templates could be "shaken out" too. Would a blast bring out his First Calabash Brother Template self, or his Third Calabash Brother Template self?
"…Probably not," he muttered, scratching his head.He decided not to make himself the test subject.
It was powerful for intimidation, but its actual combat utility was questionable. Better to give it to Nojiko.
Next came the skills.
[Four-Dimensional Chrysanthemum]
Origin: Unknown Dimension
Type: Rule Skill
Effect: Opens a one-cubic-meter personal pocket dimension, accessible via the base of the spine when one turns their back.
Cost: None
The description was so absurd that Ren froze for a full second.
Still, he knew this skill was extremely practical—Chester's storage ability couldn't compare in convenience to this.
Of course, Chester surpassed it in many other ways.
"Well, whatever. Guess I'm a man with personal storage now."
Ren consoled himself, trying to ignore the ridiculous method of access.
The remaining three were also skills, though none quite as valuable.
[Thunderstorm]
Origin: Magical Dimension
Type: Magic
Effect: Consumes a large amount of Mana Crystals to activate, creating a localized weather-altering spell that changes the climate within a one-kilometer radius for ten minutes—resulting in thunder, heavy rain, wind, and gloom.
Consumption Cost: 5 Mana Crystals
Not bad at all.
Ren immediately thought of his triple-enchanted trident—a stormy sky would be that weapon's perfect battlefield.
[Flying Finger Gun]
Origin: One Piece
Type: Technique
Effect: An enhanced version of the Marines' Shigan (Finger Gun). Requires immense physical strength. Allows the user to flick air bullets capable of piercing enemies, comparable to the power of a flintlock shot.The weaker the user's strength, the less effective the technique. Power scales with strength level.
Cost: Stamina
"So, One Piece skills are in the pool too? Oh right, I once drew a Marine Haki Training Manual."
Ren raised his hand and tried using the skill.
He flicked his finger—only a faint whoosh of air. Clearly, his normal state wasn't strong enough to trigger Flying Finger Gun.
Probably needed at least E- or D-tier strength to be effective.
"Still, if I'm close enough, I might as well just punch them to death."
He shook his head. Flying Finger Gun was situational at best.
The final skill was… difficult to describe.
[Killing Intent]
Origin: Martial Arts Dimension
Type: Passive Skill
Effect: Absorbs a portion of the target's resentment and malice when killing an enemy, forming a layer of killing aura around the user. This aura can be released through eye contact to suppress an enemy's will.Killing Intent can stack. At high levels, it can potentially kill weaker beings with just a glance. Stronger layers exert suppression over spirits or evil entities.
Cost: None
Current Layers: 0
At first glance,Ren immediately thought of that cursed mock Thousand Edge blade that once scared the hell out of him—the one with an evil spirit trapped inside.
Definitely worth training. Though who knew how many kills it would take to suppress that damned sword?
"Forget it. That's enough for now."
Ren ended the roulette session and glanced at the Dimensional Roulette interface:
{Remaining Chips: 30,000,000}
His "team-strengthening operation" was now complete.
Then he switched to "Santa Mode."
First stop—Zoro's room.
"Here. When you fought Arlong, one of your swords broke, right? You've been using random pirate blades since then. This one doesn't have an official grade, but I'd wager it's no worse than a Grade or Skillful Blade."
Ren handed Zoro a sheathed Nichirin Sword with quadruple enchantments, explaining each one:
Sharpness! Strength! Flame Affinity! Loyalty!
The first two were invisible enhancements, but the last two were visibly striking.
As the purple blade sliced through the air, trailing a faint arc of flame,Zoro's eyes locked on the sword—his earlier instinct to refuse swallowed back down his throat.
